At the beginning of the year, Mercedes-Benz presented a new generation of the GLA model, and just half a year later, a refreshed edition of this model, the Mercedes-Benz GLA 45 S 4Matic+, arrived on the market.
The GLA 45 S 4Matic+ has a new grille with a different radiator grille, redesigned intakes, new LED headlights that now have new light signatures (Multibeam LED headlights are an option), an AMG logo is placed on the hood, wide wheel arches in body color, new rear LED lights, red brake calipers, and 19-inch wheels.
Inside, there is a new AMG Performance steering wheel, a redesigned MBUX infotainment system with AMG screen design, which supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto systems. Customers can order the interior with a combination of Artico faux leather in Sage Grey/Black and Microcut microfiber available in Bahia Brown. Mercedes-AMG now also offers the option of Red Pepper red/black leather seat covers.
Under the hood is a 2.0L turbocharged four-cylinder engine with 416 hp (306 kW) and 369 lb-ft (500 Nm) of torque. That’s quite enough power to push the car from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 4.3 seconds with a top speed of 270 km/h (168 mph). The engine is paired with an eight-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.
When it comes to price, Mercedes-Benz has not announced how much the new GLA 45 S 4Matic+ will cost.
