2025 Mini JCW Cooper and Aceman

At the Paris Motor Show, Mini premiered two all-electric JCW models, the Mini Cooper and the Aceman. These are the most powerful EVs of the British brand and will be produced in China.

Both models are built on the same platform and are powered by an electric motor positioned above the front axle with 258 hp (189 kW) and 258 lb-ft (350 Nm) of torque. This means that they are 40 hp and 20 Nm more powerful than the previous most powerful all-electric Mini. However, using the boost function, the engine power is briefly increased to 285 hp (209 kW). The Mini Cooper reaches 100 km/h (62 mph) in 5.9 seconds and the Aceman in 6.4 seconds.

Thanks to the 54.2 kWh battery, the Cooper has a range of up to 404 kilometers on a single charge, while the Aceman has a slightly shorter range of 391 kilometers. The battery is charged from 10 to 80 percent on fast chargers in less than half an hour.

European buyers can expect their cars from April next year.
