Adrian Newey is the man behind many phenomenal Formula 1 cars, he is also the creator of the impressive Aston Martin model Valkyrie. Now, in collaboration with Red Bull, they will design a brand new hypercar that will offer a superior track driving experience, the RB17. Only 50 copies will be produced at Red Bull’s home in Milton Keynes, and production will begin in 2025.
“The RB17 will summarize everything we know about creating Formula 1 championship cars into one package that will deliver extreme levels of performance in a two-seater dedicated track. Driven by our passion for performance at every level, the RB17 pushes design and technical boundaries far beyond what has previously been available to enthusiasts and collectors, ”said Newey.
The RB17 will be powered by a hybrid V8 engine that will develop more than 1,200 hp (883 kW). That’s a lot more than other hypercars like the Aston Martin Valkyrie AMR Pro which is powered by a 6.5-liter V12 engine with 1,000 hp.
Future RB17 owners will have access to the Red Bull F1 simulator as well as track training. All this is included in the price of the hyper car, which costs around 5 million pounds.
