2025 Lotus Emeya

Finally, Lotus has premiered its new all-electric Hyper-GT, the Lotus Emeya. The company did not reveal many details about this car, and what can be seen from the photos is that its design resembles the Lotus Eletre.

Progressive and powerful lines with strong musculature characterize this masterpiece in motion. Two rows of thin lights (Adaptive Driving Beam technology), a sporty design of the hood and an active grill in front, an active diffuser and a rear spoiler in the back, show that it is a serious sports car.

The car is finished in yellow with contrasting black A-pillars that “blend” with the black roof. At the back are a thin light bar that extends along the entire length, and an active rear wing that increases downforce and improves handling at high speeds.

Inside, the driver-focused cockpit is equipped with carbon fiber seats trimmed in white luxury sustainable upcycled fabric, which combined with black fabric covers parts of the dashboard and door panels. In front of the driver are the steering wheel with the lower flat part, as well as the centrally located display.

When it comes to the powertrain, the Lotus Emeya is powered by two electric motors with a total output of 905 hp (666 kW) and 726 lb-ft (985 Nm) of torque. It reaches 100 km/h (62 mph) in 2.78 seconds with a top speed of 256 km/h (159 mph). It is equipped with a 102 kWh battery which, thanks to a 350kW DC fast charger, enables a range of 150 kilometers in 5 minutes of charging. The battery will be charged to 80 percent in just 18 minutes.

CF701 Concept

China’s oldest state-owned automobile manufacturer, Chang’an Automobile, has unveiled its new concept, the CF701. Designed as an SUV with a rear end reminiscent of a pickup truck.

This car is 5000mm long, 1970mm wide, 1630mm high, with a 3100mm wheelbase, enough to accommodate five passengers, and is built on a smart vehicle platform. A simple minimalist design, reminiscent of the Tesla Cybertruck, extends throughout the car. The front fascia with C-shaped LED daytime running lights, D-shaped LED lights located on the front bumper, rectangular arches and cameras replacing the side mirrors are just some of the design solutions. The SUV can be transformed into a pickup as the rear glass panel is pulled up and over the glass roof.

The interior of the concept is reminiscent of Tesla cars. A modern cabin with a centrally located infotainment screen, a simple dashboard, a head-up display and a steering wheel with a flat bottom are some of the equipment that comes with this electric car.

2024 Mustang Mach-E Rally

After this year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed, when Ford unveiled the all-electric Mustang Mach-E Rally prototype, now the production version of the rally-inspired car has finally been unveiled.

This electric crossover is finished in Grabber Yellow with two racing lines, and Ford will offer customers a wider palette that includes Grabber Blue, Shadow Black, Eruption Green as well as optional Star White and Glacier Gray. It is equipped with a modified suspension that gives it an additional 20 millimeters of ground clearance compared to the Mach-E GT, specially tuned MagneRide shock absorbers, rally-inspired front fog lights, a Focus RS-inspired rear spoiler, a front splitter, a black steel roof, 385 mm (15.1-inch) front discs with red Brembo calipers, protection on the door panels and fender arches, optional mudguards, towbar and hook on the front. It is mounted on 19″ wheels wrapped in 235/55 R19 Michelin CrossClimate2 tires.

Inside, there’s glossy white detailing that adorns the dashboard, lower steering wheel arms and the back of the Ford performance seats. Door panels feature contrast stitching.

The Mustang Mach-E Rally is powered by two electric motors, one on each axle, with a total output of 480 hp (353 kW) and 652 lb-ft (884 Nm) of torque. That’s enough power for the car to reach 100 km/h (62 mph) in less than 4 seconds. Thanks to the 91 kWh battery, which supports DV fast charging of up to 15 kW, the car has a range of more than 400 kilometers.
