AMG’s future brings an increase in the number of electric cars

During the Munich Motor Show, AMG CEO Philipp Schiemer announced that the company would reduce the number of its models in the future.

This news may sadden some of you, but there is no need to worry. According to Philipp Schiemer, AMG is turning to fully electric cars. This is indicated by the fact that at the Munich Motor Show, Mercedes presented several AMG versions of its models such as the EQS and GT 63 S E Performance, which is the most powerful Mercedes AMG ever.

Schiemer succeeded current Aston Martin CEO Tobias Moers. He said that the company will try to gain new customers by achieving the “sound” of internal combustion engines in electric cars. Will they make it happen, it remains to be seen.

The reason for the reduction in the number of models seems to be the cost reduction which would give AMG engineers more resources for research. This could mean that AMG will work on the development of a new platform for electric vehicles, which would enable the application of new technologies and aerodynamics.

Does this mean the end for V8 engines, we doubt. AMG said that V8 engines will be used as long as there are customers.

Tesla MANHART TM3 720

After cars with internal combustion engines, the German Manhart expanded its work to electric cars. The first EV to receive the Manhart package was the Tesla Model 3, and the car was named the Tesla MANHART TM3 720.

Making the decision which car to choose, Manhart engineers opted for the Tesla Model 3. The Manhart package brought several changes to the exterior, giving the car a sporty look.
