2024 Porsche Panamera 4 E-Hybrid and 4S E-Hybrid

In November 2023, Porsche unveiled the new generation Panamera with four e-hybrid options, based on a more powerful electric motor. Now the offer has been expanded with two more options, the Porsche Panamera 4 E-Hybrid and 4S E-Hybrid.

Both versions of the Panamera will be equipped with Matrix LED headlights, 19-inch wheels, black-painted calipers and air suspension, including the Porsche Active Suspension Management system. HD LED headlights and Porsche Active Ride suspension are optional.

The Panamer 4S E-Hybrid comes with additional equipment that includes 20-inch wheels, sports exhaust pipes and red-painted calipers (customers can choose green or black), and optional carbon-ceramic discs and 21-inch wheels.

When it comes to the powertrain, the 4S E-Hybrid is powered by a 2.9-liter bi-turbo V6 engine combined with an electric motor with a total power of 536 hp (400 kW) and 533 lb-ft (750 Nm) of torque. That’s enough power to push the car from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.7 seconds with a top speed of 290 km/h (180 mph). This version has a range of 92 kilometers WLTP.

The Porsche Panamera 4 E-Hybrid is powered by a 2.9-liter bi-turbo V6 engine with 470 hp (346 kW) and 479 lb-ft (650 Nm) of torque. It reaches 100 km/h (62 mph) in 4.1 seconds with a top speed of 280 km/h (174 mph). Both versions are equipped with a 25.9 kWh battery that can be fully charged in 2 hours and 39 minutes via an 11 kW charger. The battery provides a range of 96 km.

When it comes to price, the 4 E-Hybrid starts at 123,400 euros in Germany, while the more powerful 4S E-Hybrid starts at 138,200 euros.

2024 Toyota Yaris Cross

Like Hyundai which recently introduced a facelifted Tucson, Toyota is also announcing a facelifted Yaris Cross for European customers. The car comes with a number of improvements and more horsepower.

The car has retained the appearance of its predecessor with the addition of Juniper blue. It is equipped with a Premiere Edition kit with an exclusive Urban Khaki color, a new set of 18″ light rims, a dynamic muffler on the engine mount on the left side, a resonator on the intake hose, three-layer insulation placed behind the dashboard and an additional layer of felt on the muffler of the top cover, which is reduced noise and vibration making the Yaris Cross even more comfortable. There are also upgraded hardware with a new camera and radar scanning farther and wider than before, an ADAS package that includes a Pre-Collision system, Acceleration Suppression, Proactive Driving Assist, Safe Exit Assist and Rear Seat Reminder System.

The interior of the car is equipped with a 7-inch or 12.3-inch digital instrument panel with a 9-inch or 10.4-inch infotainmnet touchscreen. There is also the Toyota Smart Connect multimedia system, as well as Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity.

When it comes to the powertrain, the Yaris Cross Hybrid 130 is powered by a 1.5L engine combined with an electric motor for a total output of 130 hp (97 kW) and 136 lb-ft (185 Nm) of torque. It accelerates to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 10.7 seconds, which is 0.4 seconds faster than its predecessor. The Yaris Cross Hybrid 115 is powered by the same engine but with 114 hp (85 kW) and 104 lb-ft (141 Nm) of torque.

Reservations will start at the end of the month, and Toyota has not announced the price of the car.

2024 Porsche Cayenne S E-Hybrid

After presenting the redesigned Porsche Cayenne and its most powerful version, the Turbo E-Hybrid, the Stuttgart-based company expands its range with a third version, the Porsche Cayenne S E-Hybrid.

Cayenne S E-Hybrid is powered by a 3.0L turbo V6 engine (353 hp/260 kW) combined with an electric motor (176 hp/130 kW) with a total power of 529 hp (382 kW) and 533 lb-ft (750 Nm) of torque . It reaches 62 mph (100 km/h) in 4.7 seconds with a top speed of 263 km/h (163 mph). It is equipped with a 25.9 kWh battery that enables a range of 90 km. Thanks to the AC charger, the battery is charged with a charging power of up to 11 kW in less than two and a half hours.

This version of the Cayenne found its place between the Cayenne E-Hybrid and the Cayenne Turbo E-Hybrid. It is equipped with an adaptive suspension that provides stability and exceptional driving comfort, depending on the chosen driving mode, an exhaust system with two double ends in brushed stainless steel, matrix LED lights (HD matrix LED headlights are an option). Innovative technology with 2 compression chambers and 2 valves to adjust the capacity of the chambers enables a very wide range of adjustment of the compression and rebound of the shock absorber, from extremely comfortable and soft to very “hard” and sporty shock absorption. The car is available in SUV (silver) and SUV CoupĂ© (black) body versions.

Inside, eight-way adjustable seats, a Sport Chrono package that includes a mode switch for selecting the desired driving program, stainless steel gas and brake pedals, as well as a Diamar interior package painted in Silver Shade, are some of the equipment that puts the driver experience on higher level. For an extra charge, Porsche offers a new passenger display, including in-car video functions, as well as a new air quality system to protect against particles and pollutants.

When it comes to price, the Porsche Cayenne S E-Hybrid costs from 117,062 euros (121,227 euros for the Coupé). Orders are open and the first cars will be delivered in two months.
