It has been two years since the Pininfarina Battista was unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show. Two years later, the company introduced a production model of this car.
This Italian competitor to the Rimac Nevera and Lotus Evora models is the most powerful Italian car ever produced. The exterior and interior design has remained unchanged from the prototype ready for production unveiled last year, as has the focus on driver, speed and improvements.
The Pininfarina Battista has four electric motors delivering a total of 1,900 hp (1,397 kW) and 1,696 lb-ft (2,300 Nm) of torque. The motors are powered by a 120 kWh battery that is charged using a 180 kW charger. A full battery produces enough juice for a range of 310 miles (500 km). Thanks to engine power, the Battista accelerates from 0-62 mph in less than two seconds with a top speed of 218 mph (350 km / h).
Meanwhile, with the unveiling of the limited edition Battista Anniversario, the company is celebrating 90 years of existence. On this occasion,.
Only 150 units will be produced, of which 5 Anniversario. The starting price at which the Pininfarina Battista will be sold is $ 2.2 million.
