Although India is known for cars that are affordable to everyone, it has not stayed out of the production of super cars. Recently, Mean Metal Motors introduced its second supercar called the Azani with 1,000 hp and a top speed of 220 mph.
Ultra light and durable materials were used in the construction of Azani. The car uses a hybrid skateboard aluminum spaceframe adaptable for use on other vehicles. Adaptive suspension with double wishbone, provides instant and simultaneous response to changing terrain and driving stability.
Comfortable with higher passenger capacity, the Azani provides a smoother drive to the driver. Its electric motors are powered by a 120 kWh battery that produces enough juice for a range of 325 miles (522 kilometers). With 1,000 hp and 737 lb-ft (1,000 Nm) of torque, the Azani reaches 60 mph in about 2 seconds.
With a top speed of 220 mph (354 km / h), this super car is equipped with ventilated carbon brakes. The braking system allows the driver to react in time for a safe stop.
