2024 Citroën e-C3

In 2002, Citroën introduced a supermini five-door hatchback from the B-segment that replaced the Citroën Saxo, the Citroën C3. After more than 5 million cars sold, the French manufacturer brings the fourth fully electric generation of this model, the Citroën e-C3.

The car is based on Stellantis’ Smart Car Platform, and arrives with a completely new design compared to its predecessor. It is equipped with a new front fascia with a new Citroen logo, two lights in the shape of the letter “C”, new taillights, a spoiler located above the rear window, and wheels moved to the edge of the arches. It is also slightly higher than its predecessors, giving more space for passengers and luggage.

It will be offered with two equipment packages, You and Max, where the You package will include LED headlights, rear parking sensors, emergency braking system, head-up display, electric side mirrors, rear parking sensors, head-up display and cruise control. . The Max package includes a set of 17-inch wheels, two-tone bodywork, automatic wipers, electric and heated mirrors, automatic air conditioning, and a wireless charger.

Under the hood will be a single electric motor with 113 hp (83 kW), which is enough to push this little car to 100 km/h (62 mph) in about 11 seconds. It is equipped with a 44kWh LFP battery that, thanks to a 7 kW charger, can be charged from 20 to 80 percent in about four hours. The battery will allow a range of up to 320 kilometers.

When it comes to price, the starting price of the Citroën e-C3 will be 23,300 euros.
