2024 Maserati GranCabrio

Maserati has revealed its new powerful sports convertible, the Maserati GranCabrio. The car combines tradition and innovation, raw engineering and Italian elegance.

The Maserati GranCabrio is designed for optimal comfort, and most of the cabriolet’s body is shared with the GranTurismo model, but the rear part has been redesigned and contains some unique aesthetic details. It is available in five different colors and is equipped with the Trofeo equipment kit which includes sports bumpers, lots of carbon and a set of black multi-spoke rims. The fabric soft top can be folded in 14 seconds even at speeds of up to 50 km/h.

The cockpit is equipped with a 12.2-inch instrument cluster, an optional head-up display and a 12.3-inch infotainment touchscreen, and there’s also an 8.8-inch touchscreen for air conditioning control. Additional equipment includes a Sonus Faber sound system with 13 speakers. Customers can optionally order up to 16 speakers with a power of 1,060W. For a better open-top driving experience, the Maserati GranCabrio has neck warmers for the driver and front passenger, and an optional windshield that reduces turbulence in the cabin is available.

When it comes to the powertrain, the Maserati GranCabrio is powered by a 3.0-liter V6 Netuno twin-turbo engine with 550 hp (410 kW) and 479 lb-ft (650 Nm) of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels via an eight-speed automatic transmission. It accelerates from 0-100 km/h in 3.6 seconds with a top speed of 316 km/h (196 mph).

Also, there could be a version with 490 hp (365 kW) and 442 lb-ft (600 Nm) of torque, but there is no confirmation for now. The arrival of the all-electric GranCabrio Folgore model, which will be driven by three electric motors with a total power of 761 hp (567 kW), is also expected soon.
