At the beginning of April, Mercedes launched the CLE Special Edition model with a unique character, sporty spirit with AMG graphics. It is based on the CLE 53 model, and will be available as a coupe and convertible.

The Coupe is equipped with AMG Night Plus, AMG Performance Studio and AMG Dynamic Plus packages with black accents, rear spoiler, active engine mounts and more. In the cabin, the AMG performance seats are upholstered in black Nappa leather with contrasting yellow stitching. There are also plenty of carbon details, floor mats with yellow stitching and yellow illuminated sill plates.
The convertible is a bit different. It is painted in Starling blue magno in combination with lots of black and blue AMG graphics. It comes standard with the AMG Carbon Fiber I and II packages, which include a host of carbon components such as side mirrors and a rear spoiler. The AMG Dynamic Plus package also brings active engine mounts. The interior is equipped with seats upholstered in white Nappa leather, floor mats, sill plates with white lighting and plenty of black details.
Both versions are equipped with a silver chrome AMG fuel filler cap and a set of 20-inch wheels in light or dark. Customers will also receive a cover for their cars.
When it comes to the powertrain, the CLE Edition is powered by a turbocharged 3.0-L 6-cylinder engine with 449 hp and 600 Nm of torque, mated to a 9-speed automatic transmission that sends power to all four wheels.
