Icelandic automotive company Arctic Trucks has unveiled a project called the AT37 based on the Toyota Land Cruiser 250. It is a 10-piece wide body kit that combines inspiring on-road handling with superior ground clearance, comfort, control and agility on all terrains.
The car looks more muscular thanks to new bumpers and widened wheel arches, while the raised suspension and massive tires, aluminum side steps, mudguards, rear tow hook, show that it is ready for all situations and terrains. The Land Cruiser has 40 millimeters more ground clearance thanks to an adjustable suspension with new springs and shock absorbers.
The Land Cruiser 250 has a wider track as well as a longer wheelbase thanks to the relocation of the rear axle. It is mounted on 17-inch rims in satin black with two valves, which allows owners to easily monitor and modulate the tire pressure, wrapped in 37-inch BFGoodrich tires.
When it comes to the powertrain, Arctic Trucks has made some changes under the hood as well. However, there is no information from the company on whether the existing engine was modified or a new one was installed.
Arctic Trucks is offering customers the choice of purchasing a complete car or upgrading a donated one. The price is not known.
