MANHART RS3 500 based on Audi RS3

German tuner company Manhart has unveiled its new project, the MANHART RS3 500. The car is based on the Audi RS3 which is equipped with a special equipment kit.

The latest generation Audi RS3 is one of the most powerful and fastest models in its segment, but tuners believe there is always room for improvement. The standard RS3 is powered by a 2.5L turbocharged Inline 5-cylinder engine with 400 hp (294 kW) and 369 lb-ft (500 Nm) of torque. Thanks to the MHtronik Powerbox, engine power has been increased by 100 hp, so the car now has an impressive 500 hp (368 kW). The tuner did not reveal the performance of the car. It is certain that the upgraded RS3 will reach 62 mph in less than 3.8 seconds, which is the time it takes for a standard model to reach the same speed.

The RS3 500 is adorned with a standard Manhart black body design with a golden decal set on both sides of the car as well as the entire length of the body. The first Manhart RS3 500 has not yet been competed, so the Wuppertal company has released a set of renders to show off the look. It got a new set of black 20-inch Concave One alloy wheels, a modified lower suspension for better looks and handling. Manhart has also developed a new stainless steel exhaust system with valve control for better sound.

Manhart is accepting pre-orders from owners who already own an Audi RS3 and want to improve its performance.

Mansory Venatus Evo S with 913 HP

Germany-based tuner, Mansory, has once again upgraded Lamborghini Urus, a high-performance SUV. It is a powerful and limited edition Venatus Evo S that now has more than 900 hp.

Mansory has equipped the Venatus Evo S with a set of carbon body components, such as a fifth-door spoiler, a bodywork combination of black and gray, and unique 24-inch reinforced alloy wheels. Inside, the cabin is upholstered in yellow leather with many carbon accessories on the central part of the dashboard, steering wheel and door panels.

Under the hood is a 4.0L V8 biturbo engine with 913 hp (671 kW) and 811 lb-ft (1,100 Nm) of torque. Power is transmitted to all wheels via a modified 8-speed automatic transmission. That’s enough power to reach 62 mph in just 2.9 seconds with a top speed of 201 mph (323 km / h).

Mansory will produce only ten copies of the Lamborghini Venatus Evo S. The tuner has not revealed how much this upgraded SUV will cost.

Mercedes-Benz eActros LongHaul with a rage of 311 miles

Last year, Mercedes unveiled its eActros electric truck, and on that occasion, Karin Rådström, CEO of Mercedes-Benz Trucks, said: “We have to acknowledge that transport is part of the problem when it comes to climate change. At the same time, we can and we will be part of the solution. We start with our eActros that has covered more than half a million kilometers on public roads. The eActros and its dedicated services are a big step for Mercedes-Benz Trucks and for our customers towards CO₂- neutral transport. ” Now comes the Mercedes-Benz eActros LongHaul with a longer range (311 miles).

“The tremendous interest in our eActros driving event in Wörth is further proof of the popularity of e-mobility is already gaining with customers. Customers are thus sending a strong signal to all stakeholders to combine efforts and quickly put more and more electric trucks on the road, expand the charging infrastructure and create cost parity, ”said Karin Rådström, CEO of Mercedes-Benz Trucks.

It took two years for the first eActros LongHaul prototypes to appear on the streets. The truck is not finished yet, because it takes time to prepare the final product, which is expected in 2024. Until then, the charging infrastructure should be ready, ie the first MCS (Megawatt Charging System) stations along the main routes, which are jointly developed by Volvo Group, Daimler Truck and Traton Group (Scania and MAN).

When it comes to propulsion, Mercedes is silent. It is known that the global supplier of lithium-ion batteries for Mercedes electric trucks will be the company CATL, but it may not be the only one.

The Mercedes-Benz eActros is powered by two electric motors, which are powered by 3 or 4 batteries with a total power of 315 kWh or 420 kWh (depending on the version). This allows a truck with a larger battery to cover a range of 250 miles (400 km), or 186 miles (300 km) with a smaller battery. It takes a little over an hour to charge a 20-80% battery.
