1970 Porsche 911S is for sale

In 1966, Porsche premiered a more powerful version of the two-door 2+2 high performance rear-engined sports model 911, the Porsche 911S. It was produced until 1973, when it was replaced by the 911 Carrera RS which was reintroduced from the 356 Carrera which had itself been named after Porsche’s class victories in the Carrera Panamericana races in Mexico in the 1950s. One of them, a 1970 Porsche 911S coupe is for sale.

This beautiful and well-preserved car is powered by a 2.2-liter flat-six engine with a factory output of 180 hp (132 kW). Power is sent to the rear wheels via a 5-speed manual transmission. In 2021, a service was performed, which included changing the oil and replacing the fuel sender unit, batteries and tie downs, and oil cooler. It is mounted on 15″ Fuchs wheels wrapped in 195/65 Kumho Ecsta ASX tires.

This car is finished in Irish Green, well maintained and in good condition. It is equipped with US-market headlamps with “sugar scoop” rings, a driver’s mirror, polished trim, gold badging, four-wheel discs with aluminum calipers and ventilated rotors, and last year the rear cover was modified and the windshield, rear windows, seals were replaced. window and door seals.

Inside, the seats are covered in black leatherette with corduroy inserts, while the steering wheel is wrapped in a leather stitched-on cover. 2009 Porsche 911 Turbo is up for auction

In 2004, Porsche premiered the successor to the model 996, the Porsche 911 997.1 Turbo. It was an evolution of the previous model, and the most significant is the replacement of the “fried egg” headlamps with the classic “bug eye” units. It was produced until 2013, and over 21K units left the production lines. One of them, the 2009 Porsche 911 Turbo coupe is up for auction. It should also be noted that there is currently a lien on the car, and the seller’s lender will need to be paid off before the title can be transferred to the new owner.

The Porsche 911 Turbo is powered by a twin-turbocharged and intercooled 3.6L Mezger flat-six engine that delivers 480 hp (353 kW) and 505 lb-ft (685 Nm) of torque thanks to the Sport Chrono package. Power is transmitted to all wheels via a six-speed manual gearbox. It is mounted on five-spoke 19″ HRE alloy wheels wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires.

This example is finished in Cream White, has been properly maintained and is in good condition. It is equipped with a power sunroof, a painted front spoiler, a deployable rear spoiler, bi-xenon headlights, fog lights, red taillight lenses, side air intakes, Porsche-branded side graphics, quadruple exhaust outlets, steel Porsche-branded six- and four- piston front and rear calipers with cross-drilled rotors, Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM), Porsche Stability Management (PSM) with an automatic brake differential (ABD), Bilstein units, IPD Y-pipe and BBi exhaust system.

Inside, heated power-adjustable front sport seats are upholstered in Brown natural leather and pepita cloth accents. The same combination covers the door panels, dashboard and center console, while the steering wheel is wrapped in leather and suede. Additional equipment includes driver-seat memory settings, Porsche Communication Management with navigation, a Bose sound system, headrest embroidery, a remote six-disc CD changer, automatic climate control, cruise control, and Coco floor mats. 1965 Porsche 356 SC is up for auction

Recently, we have witnessed the discovery of more and more unique examples, as well as entire collections of old cars that are still in good condition. One of them is this 1965 Porsche 356 SC coupe that is being offered at auction.

Since its premiere in 1948, the Porsche 356 has been considered one of the most desirable collector cars. The production was started by the Austrian company Porsche Konstruktionen GesmbH and two years later the production was taken over by the German Dr. Ing. h. c. F. Porsche GmbH making it Porsche’s first production car until the appearance of the legendary 911.

This Porsche 356 SC is finished in Light Ivory (6404), is in good condition and underwent a refurbishment in 2016. The bodywork was repaired and rust was repaired, the floor panels, longitudinal members, and rocker panels were replaced. It is equipped with bumpers with chrome guards, dual side mirrors, twin engine-cover grilles, exhaust outlets integrated into the rear overriders, Sachs shock absorbers, and brake discs on all four wheels.

The Porsche 356 SC is powered by a rebuilt air-cooled 1.6L 616/16 flat-four engine. In 2015, the engine received JE forged pistons and 86mm Durabar cylinders for a displacement of 1720cc, the generator, carburetor, fuel pumps, distributor and electronic ignition were rebuilt, along with the installation of a wiring harness. Power is transmitted to the rear wheels via a four-speed manual gearbox. It is mounted on 15″ chrome wheels wrapped in Vredestein Sprint Classic tires.

Inside, the seats are upholstered in blue leather that also covers the door panels and dashboard. There is also a three-spoke steering wheel behind which there is a five-digit odometer showing 8,877 miles (total mileage is unknown).

The car comes with a Porsche Certificate of Authenticity, a driver’s manual, engine rebuild records, a spare set of wheels, and a clean South Carolina title in the current owner’s name.
