2025 Lotus Emeya starts at 106,400 euros

In September 2023, Lotus premiered its first all-electric coupe limousine, the Lotus Emeya, with a few photos, without revealing many details about the car. Delivery starts in Q3, and now we know how much it will cost.

Lotus Emeya is powered by two electric motors with a total output of 905 hp (666 kW) and 726 lb-ft (985 Nm) of torque. It reaches 100 km/h (62 mph) in 2.78 seconds with a top speed of 256 km/h (159 mph). It is equipped with a 102 kWh battery which, thanks to a 350kW DC fast charger, enables a range of 150 kilometers in 5 minutes of charging. The battery will be charged to 80 percent in just 18 minutes.

Buyers will be able to choose from six body colors: Boreal Grey, Fireglow Orange, Solar Yellow, Akoya White, Stellar Black and Kaimu Grey. The car in the photos is finished in Solar Yellow with contrasting black A-pillars that “blend” with the black roof. At the back are a thin light bar that extends along the entire length, and an active rear wing that increases downforce and improves handling at high speeds.

Inside, the driver-focused cockpit is equipped with carbon fiber seats trimmed in white luxury sustainable upcycled fabric, which combined with black fabric covers parts of the dashboard and door panels. In front of the driver are the steering wheel with the lower flat part, as well as the centrally located display.

When it comes to price, Emeya will be offered in three versions: Emeya, Emeya S and Emeya R. The price of the entry model starts at 106,400 euros, the Emeya S starts at 126,950 euros, and the Emeya R starts at 150,990 euros.

2026 Rivian R3

The American electric vehicle manufacturer and automotive technology and outdoor recreation company, Rivian, revealed two new cars, the R2 and R3. These are fully electric cars that should reach the market in 2026.

This company was founded in 2009 and mainly sold its cars on the American market. Now Rivian wants to expand its business to the currently most active and desirable world car market, Europe.

Rivian R3 has a design that is characteristic of all Rivian vehicles. In addition to the already known design elements, there are plastic protective elements, handles that slide into the door and various black decorative details. Also, the wheelbase of 2,800 millimeters is shorter than that of the Rivian R2 model. The interior is equipped with a digital instrument panel, a large central display, and comfortable seats. It should be noted that this model comes with a panoramic roof.

When it comes to technical specifications, the R3 will be offered with one, two or even three electric motors, two battery options and will have a range of almost 500 kilometers.

2025 Karma Gyesera

The American manufacturer of luxury electric vehicles, Karma Automotive, has revealed its new all-electric four-door sedan Gyesera. This is more than just a passenger vehicle. It is the company’s bridge to the future.

Karma describes the car as a blend of modern looks, feel and superior performance with a focus on the driver. “The Gyesera offers a modern look, feel and superior performance, and represents our bridge to the future. This model is the embodiment of Karma’s revitalized corporate direction,” said the president of Karma Automotive Marques McCammon.

The car is built on the same platform as the GSe-6 model, and is the company’s first all-electric sedan. For now, there is not much information about this car, but it is known that it will be ultra exclusive and exotic, which means a high price.

The company does not reveal how many electric motors the Gyesera will use, but the specifications say that it will have around 590 hp (440 kW) and 693 lb-ft (940 Nm) of torque. With this power, the car should reach 97 km/h (60 mph) in 4.2 seconds with a top speed of 217 km/h (135 mph). Available information also suggests that it will be equipped with a 120 kWh battery that would allow a range of more than 402 kilometers (>250 miles) on a single charge.

The car should go into production soon, and the first deliveries are expected in the second half of the year.
