Porsche 992 GT3 RS has new carbon body kit

After the recently presented carbon body kit for the Rolls-Royce Cullinan Black Badge, the American company 1016 Industries joined forces with 9 Design and equipped the Porsche 992 GT3 RS with the new 3RS Carbon Replacement Program carbon body kit.

As an exceptional sports car, the Porsche 992 GT3 RS received a lower diffuser, new lip spoilers with upright splitters, front bumper insert, side skirts, wing tips, hood vents, fender vents, new roof rails, hood louvers, side intakes, and mirror caps, all made of carbon. The total value of the carbon kit is 62,746 euros, and each part can be purchased individually.

All carbon components are easy to install, without the need for serious modification work as they match the original plastic parts. Customers can choose between a gloss or satin finish.

1016 Industries hasn’t changed anything under the bonnet. The Porsche 992 GT3 RS is still powered by a naturally aspirated 4.0-L flat-six engine with 518 hp (386 kW) and 343 lb-ft (465 Nm) of torque, mated to a seven-speed automatic (PDK) transmission. It is powerful enough to reach 100 km/h (62 mph) in 3.2 seconds, 200 km/h (124 mph) in 10.6 seconds with a top speed of 296 km/h (184 mph).

MANHART GER 800 based on the Mercedes-AMG GLE 63 S 4Matic Coupe

If we talk about specialists for tuning BMW cars, the first thing that comes to mind is the German tuner Manhart, who has over 35 years of experience in optimizing cars from this Bavarian manufacturer. Their latest work is based on the Mercedes-AMG GLE 63 S 4Matic Coupe, which hit the market four years ago, and is called the MANHART GER 800.

The Mercedes-AMG GLE 63 S 4Matic is an outstanding car that, thanks to the carbon-fiber widebody kit (by TopCar Design), got an even sportier look. It is equipped with extended fenders, an extended spoiler in the form of a duck tail, a hood with ventilation openings, a modified standard suspension that allows lowering of 30 millimeters. There’s also a set of yellow decals, which contrast the exposed carbon and matte dark green bodywork. The interior is upgraded with a matching black and yellow MANHART Alcantara leather with matching MANHART floor mats.

The car is mounted on 23″ wheels with satin black finish and yellow trim strips wrapped in 285/35ZR23 and 325/30ZR23 Manhart Concave One tires. MANHART OPF-Delete Sport downpipes with two 300-cell catalytic converters are also on board but are only intended for export as they are not TĂśV-approved.

Under the bonnet is a mildly hybridized with an additional electric compressor, twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8 engine with 800 hp (596 kW) and 737 lb-ft (1,000 Nm) of torque. That’s 188 hp (140 kW) and 111 lb-ft (150 Nm) more torque compared to the factory car. The increase in power was achieved thanks to an additional electric compressor, MANHART turbo upgrade, MHtronik powerbox and exhaust system.

Manhart did not release the price of the upgrade.

McLaren Artura upgraded by Novitec

At the beginning of 2024, McLaren presented the new generation of its sports hybrid model Artura, and it didn’t take long for it to become a project of one of the tuners. It is a powerful car for which the Bavarian tuner Novitec has prepared a special package of carbon aerodynamic components, taking it to the next level.

Novitec carbon body kit includes front spoiler lip, side panels, air intake cover, inlet frontbumper, headlight cover, inlets fender, rear bumper, mirror cover, entrance panels, trunk lid, rear diffusor, rear
spoiler lip, and rear wing. There’s also a high-performance Novitec Race stainless steel or Inconel exhaust system with an optional gold finish and custom tailpipes, as well as a set of Novitec sports springs that lower the car by 20mm.

The car is mounted on a new set of 19″ Vossen rims at the front and 20″ at the rear, and it should be noted that a set of Novitec sports springs lowers the car by 20mm.

Novitec has also increased the power of the 3.0-liter V6 twin-turbo engine, which now delivers 725 hp (541 kW), which is 35 hp more than the standard version. McLaren Artura accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 3.0 seconds, 200 km/h (124 mph) in 8.4, and 300 km/h (186 mph) in 21.6 seconds, and has a top speed of 330 km/h h (205 mph). Thanks to the 7.4 kWh battery, it has an electric range of 33 km (21 miles).
