Ferrari Daytona SP3

Ferrari Daytona SP3

During the 2021 Ferrari World Cup Finals, Ferrari introduced the Daytona SP3 model. With Modern Design, it is considered the most aerodynamically efficient model ever built.

It is powered by a 6.5-liter V12 engine from the 812 Competizione with 828 hp (617 kW) and 514 lb-ft (697 Nm) of torque, mounted behind the passenger compartment. For faster gear changes, the engine is paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. It reaches 62 mph in less than 3 seconds with a top speed of 211 mph (340 km / h).

In the construction of the Daytona SP3, lightweight materials such as carbon fiber and Kevlar were used. It is equipped with a new induction and exhaust system, vertical bars at the rear that extend the entire length. There’s also a rear spoiler under which the rear lights are fitted, as well as exhaust pipe ends that give the car a more aggressive look.

The design of the car was inspired by racing models from the 60s: 330P3 / 4, 330P4 and 412P, thus joining the Monza SP1 and SP2 models. It is equipped with specially made Pirelli tires for wet and dry roads.

This will be a limited production model, and Ferrari has not announced how many units will be produced or at what price.
