Hennessey F5 Evolution is the most powerful ICE car

American company Hennessey, known for some of the best upgrades to sports and muscle cars, believes that cars with combustion engines have a future. They demonstrated this with their latest project, the F5 Evolution.

The F5 Evolution is officially the most powerful car with a combustion engine, and is based on the Venom F5 ultra-sports model. The car was created in collaboration with the company Ilmor and is powered by a centrally located 6.6-L twin-turbo V8 engine “Fury” with 2,031 hp and 1,959 Nm of torque. The top speed is unknown, but the company announced that this carbon two-seater reaches 322 km/h in just 10.3 seconds.

The car is equipped with redesigned body components optimized by renowned aerodynamicist Dr. Mark Handford, a refined adaptive suspension that adapts to each of the six modes (Sport, Road, Race, Drag, Wet and F1). Buyers can also choose the optional Touring package that brings carbon cup holders, more upholstery on the carbon seats and less noise.

Speaking of price, Venom F5 owners will pay $285,000 to upgrade their car to the F5 Evolution.

Ford announces upgrade for Mustang Mach-E

Four years ago, Ford introduced the Mustang Mach-E, its first crossover, and last year a refreshed version arrived with a range of over 900 km. Now the company is announcing a series of improvements for this model.

Since its arrival on the market, the Mustang Mach-E has started to achieve good results, and so far it has sold almost 100k Mustang Mach-Es. However, few could have expected that in 2024 it would surpass the legendary Mustang model in sales.

Ford has published a list of improvements that include three new exterior colors (Velocity Blue, Molten Magenta and Terrain), a black insert added to the front bumper as a limiter, a revised wheelbase. The GT version will get a new black front grille, while versions with the Premium package will get 19″ alloy wheels. All versions will get a heat pump.

The car’s interior will get a new interface for the Sync 4A multimedia system, and a change in the positions of some controls. The gear selector has been moved from the center console to the steering column, and the wiper and indicator controls have been moved to a single lever.

Honda is selling parts of the Formula 1, Indy Car and Moto GP vehicles

Honda has found a new way of financing. According to the latest information, the manufacturer will offer its customers parts of Formula 1, IndyCar and MotoGP vehicles. The project will start at this year’s Monterey Car Week and the first to go on sale will be engine parts from the Formula 1 car of the legendary Ayrton Senna.

Honda wants to thank fans for their loyalty to the brand by offering them the opportunity to own a piece of racing history. Senna won the drivers’ title in 1990 driving a McLaren car powered by a Honda engine (RA100E F1) that has been dismantled and will be offered at auction.

This new source of financing is definitely going to attract a large number of not only Honda fans, but also fans of motorsport and legendary drivers who are attached to vehicles. The next offer will also include other used Indy Car cars, and the intention is to expand the offer to some of its classic motorcycles.
