Traffic jam in the Elon Musk tunnel

Traffic in the “Loop” tunnel has reached its peak. According to a video that appeared on social media, there was a traffic jam in an underground tunnel built by the Boring Company in Las Vegas, owned by Elon Musk.

The reason for the traffic jam at one of the drop-off points could be the Consumer Electronics Show, which is being held at the Convention Center in Las Vegas. People started making jokes about Elon Musk, because the tunnel was made to avoid traffic jams in Las Vegas, and that is exactly what happened.

Boring Company was founded in 2016 with the intention of expanding the tunnel in Las Vegas to other major destinations, and later connecting it with Los Angeles. This could reduce driving time between the two cities from four or five hours to less than two hours. However, similar projects were rejected in Washington, Baltimore and Chicago, while Fort Lauderdale officials at Florida agreed to such a project.

The Manhart MH8 800 is the world’s fastest BMW M8 Competition

The BMW M8 Competition is a car of outstanding performance, but for those who like more power, Manhart has prepared a special edition of the Manhart MH8 800. It is the fastest BMW M8 Competition in the world.

Painted in matte blue with a black stripe that extends the entire length of the car and on both sides, which is unusual for Manhart who makes all his models in black with a gold stripe. Many carbon parts, such as the front spoiler, rear spoiler and diffuser, give a more aggressive look.

The MH8 800 is equipped with a MANHART height adjustable spring kit that lowers the Coupe by 30 mm, a stainless steel exhaust system with valve control, four 100 mm carbon or ceramic coated tailpipes, a new intercooler and a new suspension. It rides on 21-inch gloss black Concave One rims wrapped in 265/30 ZR21 (front) and 305/25 ZR21 (rear) tires.

Under the hood is a 4.4-liter V8 biturbo V8 engine that, thanks to a remapped ECU and upgraded eight-speed automatic transmission, delivers 823 hp (605 kW) and 774 lb-ft (1,050 Nm) of torque. It reaches 62 mph in just 2.6 seconds and 124 mph in 5.7 seconds. This is a significant increase in power compared to the base M8 Competition which has 625 hp (460 kW) and 553 lb-ft (750 Nm) of torque.

Manhart will produce only 10 units of this model.

BMW M8 with Zacoe Body kit

The BMW M8 Gran Coupe is a sports car of outstanding performance, for which the tuning company Zacoe has prepared a special Body kit.

Thus, owners of the M8, which still holds the Bavarian flagship title, will be able to equip their cars with a Body kit that includes a larger splitter, sill extensions, rear diffuser accessories around four exhaust pipe ends and a larger rear spoiler. Also on offer is a ducktail design for the rear spoiler that follows the design of the car.

The BMW M8 is powered by a twin-turbocharged 4.4-liter V8 engine with 616 hp (453 kW) and 553 lb-ft (750 Nm) of torque. The engine is paired with an axle-mounted automatic transmission. The car is mounted on black five-spoke rims wrapped in high-performance tires.

For the BMW M850i, which is powered by a 4.4-liter V8 engine with 523 hp (385 kW) and 553 lb-ft (750 Nm) of torque, Zacoe has prepared wider bumpers and a ducktail spoiler.

BMW will soon introduce the XM model, which is currently undergoing final testing.
