Porsche 911 Carrera RS RSH

Not many Porsche models have been given iconic status, such as the 911 Carrera RS 2.7. It was first presented at the Paris Motor Show in 1972, and one such example was sold at auction.

The Porsche 911 Carrera RS 2.7 is powered by an air-cooled 2.7-liter flat six engine with 210 hp (154 kW) and 188 lb-ft (255 Nm) of torque. The engine is paired with a five-speed manual transmission. It reaches 60 mph in 5.6 seconds with a top speed of 150 mph (241 km / h).

After Porsche decided to join the FIA Group 4 GT / Special Sports Car, special lists dictated that the company must produce 500 road examples. This is how the Carrera RS 2.7 model was created. After the world premiere the demand was great so all the cars produced were sold. This led Porsche to produce 1,025 new ones, including only 17 RSH models like this one.

The car has the original Light Ivory color, and has changed several owners so far. In the middle of the eighties, the current owner did a complete restoration. It is equipped with wider fenders, modified bumpers, a new exhaust system, the chassis and engine have been modified, all according to the original specifications.
