Porsche is giving the all-electric Cayenne an even broader range of personalisation options for the new model year. The latest updates add several comfort, technology and design features to both the Cayenne Electric SUV and Cayenne Coupé Electric, making Porsche’s electric luxury SUV more customisable than ever.

Among the most significant additions are electrically operated doors, Porsche Wireless Charging, a new massage function with integrated 4D audio, and access to the Porsche Paint to Sample programme. Together with expanded interior options from Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur, the latest changes give Cayenne Electric buyers substantially more freedom when specifying their cars.
Porsche Cayenne Electric gets electrically operated doors
For the first time, Porsche is offering electrically operated doors on the Cayenne Electric. Servo motors handle the opening and closing process, allowing the doors to move almost effortlessly after the door handle is briefly pulled.

The system can be controlled in several ways. Occupants can use buttons inside the cabin, the exterior and interior door handles or the Flow Display integrated into Porsche Communication Management. The Porsche Digital Key also allows the doors to be operated remotely.
There are even additional ways to close the driver’s door. The system can automatically close it when the driver fastens the seat belt or presses the brake pedal.
Porsche says the electrically operated doors have been designed for everyday usability rather than simply adding a novelty feature. The mechanism can operate when the Cayenne Electric is parked on an incline, while sensors continuously monitor the surrounding area.
If a person or obstacle is detected, the automatic movement is interrupted. The system can also work together with the vehicle’s assistance systems. For example, when the exit warning system detects an approaching vehicle, the door can be prevented from opening.

Despite the electric operation, occupants can still open and close the doors manually whenever required.
Porsche Wireless Charging brings cable-free EV charging
Another major addition is Porsche Wireless Charging, which allows the Cayenne Electric to recharge without physically connecting a charging cable.
The system uses a permanently installed ground pad. Once the Cayenne Electric is correctly positioned above it, charging begins automatically.
Porsche Wireless Charging consists of three main components: the necessary vehicle hardware, a vehicle-side charging pad and a ground pad installed in the parking space. The ground pad is weatherproof and can therefore be installed outside as well as in a garage.
Wireless charging is available at up to 11 kW, with Porsche quoting an efficiency of approximately 90 percent.

Safety is also built into the system. Motion sensors and foreign-object detection monitor the charging area, with the charging process automatically stopping if a person or animal approaches the vehicle or ground pad. The system can also detect metallic objects on the ground pad that could heat up during charging.
The complete Porsche Wireless Charging system is available to order in Germany and other European markets, with a staged rollout planned for additional markets worldwide.
Cayenne Electric adds massage seats with 4D audio
Porsche is also expanding the Cayenne Electric’s luxury and comfort equipment with a massage function combined with 4D audio.
The driver’s and front passenger’s seats each feature 16 air cushions and six sound actuators integrated into the seat and backrest. The system combines pneumatic massage with vibrations generated by the audio system to create a more immersive experience.

Five massage programmes are available, with different levels of vibration intensity. The massage settings can be adjusted through the central display, while the 4D audio function can also be activated independently.
Drivers and passengers can adjust both the distribution and intensity of the vibrations to their preferences.
The technology is also incorporated into Porsche’s Mood Modes. Three additional Wellness Mood Modes combine pneumatic massage, vibration and specially curated sound experiences to create a more relaxing atmosphere inside the electric Cayenne.
Porsche Paint to Sample comes to the Cayenne Electric
For buyers looking for a more distinctive exterior, Porsche is adding the Cayenne Electric to its Paint to Sample programme.
The electric Cayenne already offers 13 standard colours divided among Porsche’s Contrasts, Shades, Dreams and Legends categories. With the addition of Paint to Sample, customers can now choose from a total of 105 paint shades.
The expanded colour palette gives the Cayenne Electric considerably more scope for personalisation, particularly for buyers looking to create a specification that stands apart from the more conventional colours available on mainstream production models.
Paint to Sample is offered through Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur, the brand’s specialist personalisation division.
New Porsche Cayenne Electric interior options
The exterior colour expansion is accompanied by new interior personalisation options.
Porsche already offers an Interior Style Package for Cayenne Electric models, developed by the Style Porsche design studio together with Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur. The package creates a distinctive two-tone cabin combining black with exclusive green tones.
For the new model year, Porsche is expanding the concept with an Extended Package Interior Style.
The new package adds leather trim and decorative stitching finished in Delgada Green. Other available details include leather and Race-Tex seat consoles for the front and rear seats, as well as Race-Tex-covered interior sill trim panels with contrasting decorative stitching.
The result is a more extensively personalised cabin designed to give the Cayenne Electric a bespoke appearance without requiring customers to step outside Porsche’s factory-backed personalisation programme.
Porsche Cayenne Electric becomes even more configurable
The latest changes underline Porsche’s strategy of making its electric Cayenne more than simply an electric alternative to the combustion-powered SUV. The new equipment combines convenience technology, charging innovation and extensive personalisation.
Electrically operated doors add another layer of convenience, while Porsche Wireless Charging addresses one of the everyday inconveniences associated with owning an electric vehicle. At the same time, the new massage and 4D audio system pushes the Cayenne Electric further into luxury-car territory.

With Paint to Sample expanding the available exterior colours to 105 shades and the latest Exclusive Manufaktur interior options adding more bespoke details, Porsche is also giving customers greater freedom to create highly individual Cayenne Electric specifications.
The expanded options are available for the Cayenne Electric and Cayenne Coupé Electric, with availability varying by market and equipment configuration.
