The British company RML will use the first unit of the reproduction model RML Short Wheelbase for testing, after which it will begin manual assembly of the previously announced 30 copies. It is a car based on the Ferrari 250 GT SWB Berlinetta, one of the most respected Ferrari models from the late 50s and early 60s of the last century, for which rich collectors are willing to give millions.

Just over a month ago, the British company RML Group unveiled ready-made carbon panels that will be used for the body of the reproductive RML Short Wheelbase. New photos reveal that the assembly of the first unit is nearing completion in RML, and the blue pre-production car will soon be subjected to numerous tests, after which the British will start assembling 30 units that are, as expected, already reserved.

The car will be slightly lighter than the original and will be powered by an atmospheric 5.5-liter V12 engine with 478 hp (357 kW) and 419 lb-ft (568 Nm) of torque. It reaches 62 mph in about four seconds with a top speed of 186 mph (300 kph). Power is transmitted to the rear wheels via a 6-speed manual transmission.
