Live presentation of the new Ferrari – 12:30 GMT / 14:30 CEST / 8:30 AM ET

Today, Ferrari will present a revolutionary sports hybrid developed under the code name F171. It is a car with a V6 engine and rear-wheel drive.

This is Ferrari’s third electrified model. It will be powered by a 3.0-liter V6 engine with turbochargers and an electric motor, which will produce 700 hp. This engine will be used in the Purosangue SUV.

For now, there is very little information about this new Ferrari model. The presentation will take place today at 12:30 GMT / 14:30 CEST / 8:30 AM ET.

Upgraded Ferrari SF90 Stradale

German tuner company Wheelsandmore has upgraded one of Ferrari’s models. It is a PHEV (Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle) sports car, the Ferrari SF90 Stradale.

The exterior of the car has not changed, but the engine power has increased, making this Italian more powerful.

Under the hood is a twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 engine with 769 hp assisted by three electric motors with 217 hp, which increase the total engine power to 986 hp and 590 lb⋅ft of torque. The electric motors are powered by a 7.9 kWh lithium-ion battery that provides a range of 16 miles. With the Wheelsandmore upgrade kit, engine power has been increased to 1,118 hp. The engine is paired with an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission, which has a 30% faster shift time than seven-speed transmissions.

The base model reached 62 mph in 2.5 seconds, how long it takes the upgraded model to reach the same speed is unknown at this time. The top speed of the upgraded model is 217 mph, which is 6 mph more than the base model.

Upgraded Ferrari Portofino

Mansory has introduced an upgraded Ferrari Portofino. This is the third Ferrari model that this company has upgraded this year.

The body of the Ferrari Portofino is made of lightweight forged carbon materials. The car has a new hood with better air intakes for better engine cooling, a new grille and a more discreet rear spoiler, all made of ultra-lightweight material, which give the car a better look.

The interior of Portofino is done in a comfortable sporty spirit. The seats are upholstered in fine black leather with yellow stitching as a contrast. A new gearbox with buttons in the colors of the Italian flag (green, white and red) has been installed. Mansory logos are embroidered on the carpet.

Under the hood is a 3.9-liter twin-turbo V8 engine with 720 hp and 656 lb-ft, which increases engine power by an additional 100 hp compared to the base model. The upgraded Portofino reaches 62 mph in 3 seconds with a top speed of 208 mph, which is 0.45 seconds faster than the standard Ferrari Portofino.

For this model, Mansory offers 21-22 inch tires with YT.5 rims, which is new in the offer of this tuner.
