Land Rover has unveiled the most equipped and luxurious Discovery model, the Metropolitan Edition. It is a car based on the R-Dynamics HSE version.
Inside, the minimalistly designed interior, upholstered in leather, is enriched with titanium elements. Heated steering wheel, four-zone air conditioning, audio / multimedia system and heated third row of electrically operated seats are standard.
The exterior of the Discovery model has been retained with some minor changes like a new radiator grille, black roof and a gray accessory in the lower part of the front bumper. The Metropolitan Edition rides on new 22-inch alloy wheels with glossy gray detailing.
“The introduction of the Metropolitan Edition brings a new level of premium appeal to the Land Rover Discovery. The special edition model represents the flagship of the line-up and builds on the appeal of the R-Dynamic specification with exterior design enhancements and a suite of convenience-boosting technologies, ”said Finbar McFall, Land Rover brand director.
The Discovery Metropolitan Edition is powered by a 3.0-liter six-cylinder P360 turbo gasoline engine with a 48-volt battery.
