Manhart MH2 450 based on the BMW M240i

After the German tuner company Manhart introduced the MHX3 600 last month, this time another model from the BMW family was presented. It is a Manhart MH2 450 model based on the M240i xDrive.

The Manhart MH2 450 is powered by a 3.0-liter biturbo V6 engine with 450 hp (331 kW) and 479 lb-ft (650 Nm) of torque. This is a significant increase in power given that the standard M240i has 374 hp (275 kW) and 369 lb-ft (500 Nm) of torque. Power is transmitted to all wheels via an eight-speed automatic transmission.

The MH2 450 is painted black with standard gold stripes on the sides and the entire length of the car. It is equipped with several carbon body elements, a remapped ECU, a new stainless steel exhaust system, a downpipe race without a catalytic converter, and is driven on reinforced 20-inch aluminum rims with a golden pinstripe on the rim edge.

There is no data on price and performance for now. Given the projects for which Manhart used the last BMW M2 (F87), it is realistic to expect that their creation will have more than the stated 650 hp.

Manhart GLR 700

German tuning company Manhart has introduced another improved model, the Manhart GLR 700. It is an SUV based on the Mercedes AMG GLC 63 S Coupé.

The Manhart GLR 700 is equipped with a new black radiator grill, Manhart stainless steel Sport Exhaust System, Manhart decal set, Downpipes Race without catalytic converters or Downpipes Sport with 300 cells catalytic converters. Inside, the seats are upholstered in black leather with gold stripes, embroidered Manhart inscription and company logo. There are also Alcantara headliner and Manhart floor mats. Customers can individually choose accents.

The Manhart GLR 700 is powered by a 4.0-liter biturbo V8 engine with 707 hp (520 kW) and 667 lb-ft (905 Nm) of torque. That’s 197 hp (145 kW) and 151 lb-ft (205 Nm) more than the standard Mercedes AMG GLC 63 S Coupe. Thanks to a remapped ECU and Turbo Performance Kit, the GLR 700 from 62 to 124 mph (100 to 200 km / h) comes in 7.5 seconds. It rides on 21-inch Spider Line alloy wheels with 265 / 40ZR21 (front) and 295 / 35ZR21 (rear) tires.

Only 10 units will be made and the upgrade will cost around $ 35,000 (€ 30,000).

MANHART ER 800

From the Manhart workshop comes a high-performance sports car, the MANHART ER 800. This sports car is based on the Mercedes models AMG E 63 and E 63 S.

The car is painted in matte black as a typical MANHART finish. At the front there is a black grille with gold decorations. It is equipped with an adjustable air suspension that allows the vehicle height to be lowered by 20 or 30 mm using software adjustment.

Under the hood is a 4.0-liter biturbo V8 engine with 809 hp (595 kW) and 789 lb-ft (1070 Nm) of torque. Compared to the standard model which has 612 hp (450 kW) and 627 lb-ft (850 Nm) of torque, this is more than impressive. This performance is achieved thanks to the new intercooler, air intake and remapped ECU unit.

When it comes to braking and safe stopping, the car is equipped with a set of ceramic brakes with 405×38 mm discs. It rides on 21-inch rims with 255/30 ZR21 (front) and 295/25 ZR21 (rear) tires. Rims can be ordered in the color of your choice.
