Nissan has announced an electric crossover for 2025. While we await his arrival, Nissan has decided to present a refreshed edition of the Leaf electric model, aligned with the new identity.
The current generation Nissan Leaf will be offered with several additional body colors, slightly more complex exterior details, new 16-inch and 17-inch alloy wheels, an upgraded NissanConnect system that is compatible with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay applications.
When it comes to the powertrain, nothing has changed. The car is still offered in two versions. The base version has 150 hp (110 kW) and 236 lb-ft (320 Nm) of torque. It reaches 62 mph in 7.9 seconds with a top speed of 89 mph (144 km / h). It is equipped with a 40 kWh battery that provides a range of 168 miles (270 km).
The more powerful version is powered by an electric motor with 217 hp (160 kW) and 251 lb-ft (340 Nm) of torque. It reaches 62 mph in 7.3 seconds with a top speed of 98 mph (157 km / h). It is equipped with a 62 kWh battery that allows a range of 239 miles (385 km).
Nissan has also announced that it will have 15 electric models on offer by 2030.
