Mercedes-Benz Manufaktur options for the new S-Class

Two years ago, Mercedes-Benz offered customers a new G-Class a personalization option called Manufaktur. Meanwhile, a similar treatment has been offered with the AMG GT 4-Door Coupé and CLS models. Now, Mercedes-Benz is offering Manufaktur options for the new Mercedes-Benz S-Class as well as the luxury Maybach.

For the S-Class, the Manufactory brings several body color options that adorned certain Mercedes models of the 1960s and 1980s. Thus, the customer can order his new S-Class in the color with which Mercedes painted the famous 300 SL Gullwing or the indestructible predecessor of the E-Class from the legendary W123 series.

There are many combinations of colors and materials to choose from in the luxuriously equipped interior of the Mercedes flagship. Thus, Manufaktur also offers retro color combinations in the cabin, such as those that adorned the S-Class, which were produced until 2012.

According to a recipe that Rolls-Royce and Bentley have been using for years, Mercedes-Benz will soon offer a personalization program with the ultra-luxury SUV Maybach GLS, but also its electrically powered EQS version that arrives in 2023.

The customer has the last word.

Police seized a Lamborghini Huracan for speeding

Danish police stopped the driver of a Lamborghini Huracan for speeding. It would not be surprising if the police did not seize the driver’s Lamborghini Huracan a few hours after he bought it, Nordjyske reports.

Driving from Germany to Norway, a driver of Iraqi origin was stopped by Danish police near Copenhagen. The driver reached a speed of 147 mph (237 km / h) on the highway where the speed limit is 81 mph (130 km / h).

Under Danish law, police can confiscate a car from speeding drivers. The seized vehicle will be sold at auction, and the money will go to the state treasury. The vehicle was purchased in Germany for $ 310,000, the same day the incident happened.

According to the duty police officer, Jess Falberg, the driver of the luxury supercar, whose name is not known, will also be fined for speeding.

Drivers traffic violations

Obviously, many drivers are still not used to big changes in traffic, both in terms of traffic itself and when it comes to car performance. That is why drivers often commit traffic violations.

An interesting video comes from European roads, more precisely from Poland. A moment of inattention is enough for evil to happen, and in this case it was really a little lacking for a pedestrian to get hurt.

The accident happened in Krakow, when the driver of a BMW 5 Series approached a pedestrian crossing and did not brake until a pedestrian started to cross it. Fortunately, the pedestrian managed to avoid being hit by a car, but fell in an effort to escape. The driver of the BMW continues to drive as if nothing had happened, not paying attention to whether the pedestrian was injured.

Everything would have been good for the driver of the BMW if a police vehicle had not stopped at the same pedestrian crossing from the opposite direction. After seeing what had happened, they drove the pedestrian to cross and checked to see if everything was okay with him. After making sure the pedestrian was not injured, they turned on the police signal lights and set off in pursuit of the BMW. We have no doubt that the BMW driver got the appropriate traffic fine.
