Have you ever wondered, what would look like an American car with a Mercedes AMG engine? Check out the 1969 Ford Mustang, which has been brought back to life.
Anarchy Garage, a UK-based company, found a 1969 Mustang in very poor condition. The project cost £ 24,000 ($ 33,000), which includes the purchase of cars and AMG parts.
The classic exterior look has been retained, while the drivetrain and interior have undergone changes. A Mercedes dashboard, center console, steering wheel, transmission, as well as seats are installed.
Under the hood is a 5.5-liter twin-turbo V8 engine with 721 hp and 885 lb-ft (1,200 Nm) of torque. It is the same engine used by the 2021 Mercedes E63 AMG. The car is equipped with a seven-speed automatic transmission and rear-wheel drive, and a limited slip differential.
The revived Mustang uses a set of 19-inch tires, and for a safe stop there are six-piston front brakes and four-piston rear brakes.
