The Ferrari F40 Competizione is one of the most important cars in the history of the Italian supercar manufacturer. Between 1987 and 1992, 1,315 cars were produced. It’s a collector’s car, so when one like this hits the market, you can be sure it won’t be cheap.

RM Sotheby’s has announced the sale of a 1989 Ferrari F40 Competizione that may be the most powerful F40 in the world. It is powered by a 2.9L twin-turbo V8 engine with 700 hp (515 kW) that can be upgraded to 986 hp (725 kW).

In 1989, it was bought by Kroymans BV (Netherlands). Three years later, the car underwent modifications so that it could participate in races. There were no engine modifications. In the same year it was sold to Dutch Racing Promotions of Blaricum. In 1995, it underwent additional modifications to continue to compete in races, and then the engine power was increased. It participated in races until 2009, and during that period it changed several owners. In 2019, it was fully serviced, and after that it was bought by the Zanasi Group from Maranello, which carries out special orders for the painting of Ferrari cars (Extra Campionario). The original red color was replaced by triple-layer Grigio Nardo.

It is equipped with electric blue fabric seats and painted Scuderia Ferrari shields in the style of sports racing cars of the 60s, a carbon spoiler, a new fuel tank, a new fire extinguisher, and many other equipment.

MH3 GTR is an upgraded BMW M3

Last year, BMW presented a new generation of the M3 model, which is powered by a 3.0-liter twin-turbo six-cylinder engine with 473 hp and 406 lb-ft of torque in the basic version and those who want more power, can choose a more powerful version with 503 hp and 479 lb-ft of torque. However, the German tuner Manhart decided to produce a unique copy of this model called the MH3 GTR.

Let’s begin. This car is one of a kind, single copy. It is equipped with a carbon diffuser, spoiler lip and side aero flics at the front, side skirts, rear spoiler, four 100 millimeter tailpipe trims (optionally carbon or ceramic-coated), stainless steel exhaust system with valve control, 200-cell HJS catalytic converters, sport downpipes with 300-cell GESI catalytic converters, upgraded suspension. The customer can choose a Manhart Variant 4 setup coilover suspension or a lowering kit with H&R springs. The body is decorated with gray-blue color with silver-grey trim strips and lettering.

Inside, the standard seats have been replaced by two superlight Podium full Recaro carbon bucket seats with the Manhart logo on the headrest. The rest of the interior has not been changed.

When it comes to the powertrain, Manhart kept the 3.0-liter twin-turbo six-cylinder engine that now, thanks to the MHtronik control unit, delivers 650 hp (478 kW) and 590 lb-ft (800 Nm) of torque. It is mounted on a set of satin black 20 inch Concave One rims wrapped in 265/30R20 (front) and 295/30R20 (rear) Michelin tires.

Feuerbach Porsche GTL Coupe based on the 911 (997) GT3

In 2019, Ferdinand Porsche’s grandson and former Nissan Europe designer Christopher Reitz founded the Feuerbach company, which announced the arrival of the Feuerbach Porsche GTL Coupe based on the Porsche 911 (997) GT3.

The Feuerbach Porsche GTL Coupe will be powered by a 4.3L naturally aspirated engine with 540 hp (397 kW). Also, the offer will include a more powerful version of the same engine paired with a 6-speed manual or PDK gearbox.

As a reminder, the Porsche 911 (997) GT3 is powered by a 3.8L 6-cylinder engine with 435 HP (320 kW) and 317 lb-ft (430 Nm) of torque. Power is transmitted to the rear wheels via a 6-speed manual transmission. It reaches 62 mph in 4.1 seconds with a top speed of 194 mph (312 km/h).

The GTL Coupe will have a carbon body designed by Reitz and will be equipped with unique LED taillights and a new bonnet instead of the base rear window, new front and rear panels, a carbon diffuser and a new bumper. It will also use the same chassis as the GT3. Customers will also be able to customize their cars.

Inside, the sports seats are upholstered in black leather combined with fabric, while the dashboard is covered in black leather with white stitching. There are also plenty of carbon parts, like the door panels.

A unique car that could attract the attention of collectors as well as those with deep pockets. It is expected to cost more than half a million dollars.
