The new BMW M3

The new BMW M3 has shown its capabilities on the Nürburgring. It is the successor to the M3 generation, well known to BMW car fans.

For 2021, BMW has prepared two versions of the M3 model. First of all, there’s the base version with a 3.0-liter twin-turbo six-cylinder engine with 473 hp and 406 lb-ft of torque. Those who want more power, can choose a more powerful version with 503 hp and 479 lb-ft of torque. The M3 model is equipped with a six-speed manual transmission, while an eight-speed automatic transmission is available for the more powerful version.

The basic version comes with rear-wheel drive, while the more powerful version is provided with all-wheel drive. The base M3 reaches 60 mph in 4 seconds with a top speed of 155 mph. The more powerful model accelerates to 60 mph in 3.6 seconds with a top speed of 180 mph.

Inside, the M3 is equipped with new reinforced carbon fiber seats and a 12.3-inch digital touch screen. There’s also a new steering wheel with buttons that allow the driver to switch to sporty driving mode.

The price of the base model is $ 70,895, while the price of the Competition model is slightly higher, $ 73,795.
