2025 BMW Series 3 with more tech

These days, the Bavarian carmaker is very active. At the Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este we saw the unique and exotic concept car Skytop, and now after the redesigned M3, the improved BMW Series 3 is coming to the market.

The new Series 3, in addition to the new colors (Arctic Race Blue Metallic and Vegas Red Metallic), comes with the M Sport package, which is standard on the M340i, new 19-inch M twin-spoke wheels, as well as a Jet Black finish. Buyers can also choose a new BMW Individual 19-inch set of Y-spoke wheels. It is equipped with an improved chassis, stiffer brackets that connect the rear shock absorbers to the body, a revised steering system to reduce effort in Comfort mode.

The interior of the new Series 3 is decorated with a new steering wheel, lighting integrated into the lining around the new central air vents, and customers can choose between nine different colors and adjust the lighting intensity according to their wishes. The Sensatec dashboard is enhanced with Galvanic controls, which give a unique glow to the window switches, door lock button and air vent knobs. The infotainment system, which runs BMW Operating System 8.5, has also been improved. New are the start screen, more intuitive operation and improved menu structure.

Fineline Light open-pore wood trim is now standard on the 330i, while the M340i gets diamond-patterned M aluminum accents. Buyers can also get open-pore aluminum or Ash gray wood trim, while the M340i offers carbon accents.

When it comes to the powertrain, the 330i is powered by a turbocharged 2.0-L four-cylinder engine with 259 hp (193 kW) and 295 lb-ft (400 Nm) of torque. The engine has been upgraded and now features redesigned intake ports and combustion chambers, as well as innovations in camshaft control, injection, ignition and exhaust routing.

The BMW M340i is powered by a new 3.0-L TwinPower Turbo 6-cylinder engine with a 48V mild hybrid system with a total output of 391 hp (291 kW) and 398 lb-ft (539 Nm) of torque, which is 4 hp and 39 Nm more than its predecessor. That’s enough to accelerate the car from 0 to 100 km/h in just over 4 seconds (with AWD) with an electronically limited top speed of 250 km/h (155 mph). The engine is paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission.

2025 BMW M3 Comes With More Power

BMW has revealed a redesigned edition of the M3 that comes with more power and several new body components. The first copies will be delivered to the owners in a few months (July).

The redesigned M3 is equipped with new LED headlight housings with new graphics for the daytime running lights and direction indicators, slightly different air flow openings in the front bumper, a redesigned badging on the trunk lid and new 825M reinforced aluminum wheels that will also be available in light gray.

The cabin is covered in leather, with many aluminum and carbon accessories. It is equipped with a multifunctional steering wheel that can be covered with leather or Alcantara, a new digital instrument panel, and an improved multimedia system in a new case with the latest software version, and greatly simplified control of the automatic air conditioner.

Under the hood of the Competition xDrive version is a 3.0-L six-cylinder biturbo engine with 530 hp (395 kW) and 479 lb-ft (650 Nm) of torque, mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission that sends power to both axles. It accelerates from 0 to 62 mph (100 km/h) in 3.5 seconds and with the optional M Driver package that turns off the electronic limiter reaches a top speed of 290 km/h (180 mph). Other versions (without xDrive) will have the same engine power as before the redesign, and a manual 6-speed gearbox.

The starting price for the redesigned M3 Competition xDrive in Germany is 105,300 euros.

Mustang Dark Horse H850

Two years ago, Ford introduced the extremely powerful seventh generation Mustang Dark Horse, and in 2023, the American hypercar manufacturer and high-performance vehicle creator Hennessey revealed the H850 version based on this model. It took a year for Hennessey to start production of this car.

“Our supercharged Mustang builds have continuously been customer favorites over the years, and Ford’s improved S650 platform will prove to be its most capable. Without question, our supercharged 850 horsepower Dark Horse model will be one of the most exciting and powerful muscle cars on the road — sure to turn heads with its distinctive supercharger wail and exhaust note,” said company founder and CEO John Hennessey in 2023.

The interior remained original with high-quality materials and an adaptive 12.4-inch display in combination with a high-resolution 13.2-inch display of the multimedia system, which replaces the old instrument panel.

This Mustang Dark Horse is powered by a 5.0-liter Coyote V8 engine with 850 hp (643 kW) and 650 lb-ft (880 Nm) of torque. As a reminder, the standard Mustang Dark Horse has 500 hp (368 kW) and 418 lb-ft (567 Nm) of torque. The increase in power was achieved thanks to the installation of a new fuel pump, nozzles and compressor, as well as a high-flow air intake. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a 6-speed manual or ten-speed automatic transmission. The upgraded engine comes with a three-year or 36,000-mile (58,000 km) warranty.

Hennessey said the car accelerates from 0-60 mph in 3.2 seconds and covers 402 meters in 10.9 seconds with a top speed of 214 km/h (133 mph). The price of the car is not known.
