New Mercedes EQT

For 2022, Mercedes has prepared a new T-Class model. It is a fully electric EQT model with seven seats, for families and adventurers.

At the front of the vehicle there is a full-length black grille with LED lights, while at the rear there is a strip connecting the LED headlights and LED lights. The elegant design is complemented by a panoramic roof that fills the interior with light.

“We are expanding our portfolio with the T-Class. It will appeal to families and private customers who enjoy leisure activities and need a lot of space and maximum variability. And as the Concept EQT shows: we will also be offering a fully electric model in this segment in the future, “says Marcus Breitschwerdt, head of Mercedes-Benz Vans.

Inside, the seats are upholstered in white Nappa leather while the dashboard is a combination of black and white with a central touchscreen display. The EQT has an MBUX infotainment system like other Mercedes models, which can be operated via the central display, the buttons on the steering wheel, or via voice.

What will be under the hood or which drivetrain will use the Mercedes EQT, is currently unknown.

New Polo GTI

Volkswagen has announced the arrival of the Polo GTI. Although the standard version was unveiled last month, a powerful GTI car can be expected to arrive.

Like other GTI models, the Polo GTI will have a new front grille with integrated LED lights on the side, a red line between the grille and headlights like on the Golf GTI.

Although there is no information about the engine, the Polo is expected to be powered by a turbo petrol 2.0-liter engine with 197 hp and 236 lb-ft of torque. It will use a six-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission and will reach 62 mph in 6.7 seconds with a top speed of 147 mph (237 km / h).

The arrival of the new Polo GTI is expected in June this year.

Brabus 800

Another model from the Brabus collection of modified cars. It is a Brabus 800 model, based on the Mercedes-AMG E63 S.

To overcome the challenges ahead, Brabus had to deal with car aerodynamics. The body is made of carbon fiber with a striking front spoiler and large air intakes located on the bumpers, while the 90 mm tailpipes are made of titanium-carbon. To increase driving stability, an air suspension has been installed.

The interior is upholstered in the finest materials available in a variety of colors. The seats are upholstered in black Alcantara leather with white seams, the inserts are made of wood and carbon and there are also sporty aluminum pedals, which completes the comfortable sporty look of this supercar.

What Brabus is best at is improving engine performance. Under the hood is a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine with 800 hp and 737 lb-ft of torque. Thanks to the BRABUS PowerXtra B40S-800 upgrade, the Brabus 800 reaches 62 mph in 2.9 seconds with an electronically limited top speed of 196 mph (315 km / h). The engine is paired with a nine-speed SPEEDSHIFT transmission, with all-wheel drive.

The Brabus 800 comes with 21-inch wheels at the front and 22-inch forged wheels at the back. Thanks to the Brabus Sport Unit, the driver has the ability to lower the height of the car by 0.4 – 0.8 inches depending on the driving mode, Comfort or Sport.
