Nardone Porsche 928

Restomod cars are becoming increasingly popular and Nardone Automotive, with the assistance of the Borromeo / Da Silva design team, has prepared a modified Porsche 928 that was produced from 1978 to 1995. It is designed to, at some point, replace the immortal 911.

“The elegance and the class of the 928 are the reasons why I’ve been obsessed with this car since an early age. Ignored by many, once you drive it you never go back! This combined with my passion for the restomod movement gave me the idea to create a perfect little sister for all the beautiful 911 resto’s out there. Today I’m proud to share with you the result of the last 3 years of my life: my interpretation of the 928, “it was written in a post on Nardone Automotive instagram profile.

The Porsche 928 is powered by a naturally aspirated V8 engine with 400 hp (298 kW) which is 50 hp more than the most powerful Porsche 928 which had 350 hp (257 kW) and 369 lb-ft (500 Nm) of torque. Power is transmitted to all wheels via a six-speed manual transmission with a limited-slip differential. For a note, the standard 928 is equipped with a 5-speed manual transmission.

The Nardone Porsche 928 is equipped with adaptive suspension, significantly larger rims made in a retro design, carbon body panels, LED lights and a modern multimedia system compatible with various applications.

The first copies will hit the market in 2024, and will be premiered at the Goodwood Speed Festival in the UK starting on June 23rd.
