RUF-Modified 1998 Porsche 911 Carrera Targa is for sale

Since the mid-60s, Porsche 911 models have attracted the attention of all car enthusiasts, especially companies that strive to make them better or that use their bodies to build cars. Among many, the German company RUF Automobile, which specializes in Porsche cars, stands out. One of their works, a modified 1998 Porsche 911 Carrera Targa, is for sale.

This 911 Carrera Targa is powered by a Triple K turbocharged 3.6L flat-six engine with 282 hp (210 kW) and 250 lb-ft (340 Nm) of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a 6-speed manual transmission with a limited-slip differential. It is mounted on a set of Silver 18” alloy wheels wrapped in 225/40 (front) and 285/30 (rear) Toyo Proxes T1 Sport tires.

The car is finished in Ocean Blue Metallic, has been well maintained and is in good condition. It is based on the 993 Targa and a widebody conversion was carried out in 2013 at Continental Auto Body of Calgary. It is equipped with headlight washers, fog lights, power-adjustable mirrors, a fixed rear spoiler, dual exhaust outlets with polished RUF finishers, KW adjustable coilovers, power-operated glass roof panel, a RUF front strut-tower brace, four-wheel disc brakes with RUF-branded front calipers.

Inside, the heated and electrically adjustable front seats are upholstered in Cashmere leather that also covers the door panels. The dashboard is covered in blue leather while the steering wheel is wrapped in black leather. Additional equipment includes automatic climate control, AM/FM CD stereo, driver-side power lumbar support, an aluminum shift knob, RUF aluminum pedals, power windows and cruise control. The clock reads 42,290 miles.

The car has a clean Carfax report that shows no accidents or other damage. It comes with RUF conversion records, service records dating to 2001, manufacturer’s literature and Alberta registration.

The auction ends on December 13 and the current highest bid is $72,500 USD.

2008 Ferrari F430 with 2,900 miles is for sale

In 2004 at the Paris Motor Show, Ferrari unveiled the successor to the 360 model, the Ferrari F430. Designed by Pininfarina, the body style has been revised compared to its predecessor, to improve its aerodynamic efficiency. It was produced until 2009 and one of them with only 2,900 miles, a 2008 Ferrari F430, is for sale.

The F430 is powered by a 4.3-liter F136 V8 engine with 483 hp (360 kW) and 343 lb-ft (465 Nm) of torque. Power is transmitted to the rear wheels via a six-speed F1 automated transaxle and an electronically controlled limited-slip differential. It reaches 60 in 3.6 seconds with a top speed of 196 mph (315 km/h). It is mounted on 19-inch Challenge wheels, secured with titanium lug nuts, wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires.

The car is finished in Rosso Corsa and is in excellent condition. It is rarely driven, which is also shown by the low mileage. It is equipped with xenon headlights, Scuderia Ferrari fenders, quad exhaust tips that exit from both sides of the rear diffuser, red-finished brake calipers over cross-drilled and ventilated rotors.

Inside, the bucket seats are covered in tan leather, while the door panels, steering wheel and dashboard are covered in black leather with contrasting red stitching. Additional equipment includes air conditioning, drilled aluminum pedals, a Ferrari-branded stereo, and power windows and locks.

The Ferrari F430 comes with invoices, keys, literature, tools, a battery charger and a diamond-pattern floor covering. It has a clean Carfax report that shows no accidents or other damage.

2012 Porsche 911 (997.2) Turbo Cabriolet for sale

In 2004, Porsche unveiled the successor to the 996 model, the Porsche 997. However, six years later, the 911 (997.2) Turbo, with a more powerful engine, arrived on the market. It was produced until 2013, and 1,752 Cabriolet cars left the production lines. One of them, the 2012 Porsche 911 (997.2) Turbo Cabriolet, is up for sale.

The Porsche 997.2 Turbo is powered by a twin-turbocharged 3.8L flat-six engine with 493 hp (368 kW) and 480 lb-ft (651 Nm) of torque. Power is transmitted to all wheels via a 6-speed manual gearbox. It reaches 62 mph in 3.4 seconds with a top speed of 194 mph (312 km/h). It sits on 19-inch RS Spyder forged center-lock wheels wrapped in 235/35 (front) and 305/30 (rear) Michelin Pilot Sport tires.

It is finished in black and has been well maintained. It is equipped with a soft roof, rear parking sensors, GMG Racing exhaust system, integrated radar detector, bi-xenon headlights with the Porsche Dynamic Light System (PDLS), fog lights, rain-sensing windshield wipers, rear parking sensors, side air intakes, flared quarter panels, Sport Chrono Package and Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) as well as Porsche Stability Management (PSM) with an automatic brake differential (ABD).

Inside, the dark interior is adorned with adjustable heated seats covered in black leather, which can also be seen on the door panels and dashboard. Additional equipment includes a Bose sound system, automatic climate control, cruise control, Porsche Communication Management (PCM) with navigation. In front of the driver is a SportDesign steering wheel wrapped in black leather. The clock shows 20,458 miles.

The car has a clean Carfax report that shows no accidents or other damage. It comes with a window sticker, a DME report, service records, manufacturer’s literature and accessories.
