Maserati MC20 with 701 HP

Among the many cars on the market, German tuner Novitec sticks to what it knows best, which is upgrading fast supercars. Its latest work is the recently introduced Maserati MC20 with aerodynamic improvements and more power.

Novitec equipped the car with a special equipment kit that includes carbon fiber parts such as new front bumper wings, a larger rear spoiler, front hood inserts, side intakes, a set of new 20 and 21 inch Vossen NF 10 rims, adjustable suspension, sport springs that lower the MC20 for additional 25mm, stainless steel or inconel exhaust system with sport mufflers, 100-cell sport catalysts (optional) and stainless steel or carbon finish 100mm tailpipes.

Inside, the dark interior is adorned with sports seats covered in black leather and Alcantara. The same combination of leather and Alcantara can be seen on the door panels, dashboard and steering wheel. On the central part of the dashboard is a large multimedia screen, while in front of the passenger on the glove box you can see a plate with the inscription “MC 20.”

When it comes to the powertrain, the MC20 is powered by a 3.0l Nettuno V6 engine with 621 hp (457 kW) and 538 lb-ft (730 Nm) of torque. Thanks to two plug-and-play N-TRONIC modules and a new exhaust system, the car now has 701 hp (516 kW) and 603 lb-ft (818 Nm) of torque. Now the MC20 reaches 62 mph in 2.8 seconds, which is 0.1 second faster than the standard model, with a top speed of 202 mph (325 km/h).

Chevrolet Corvette Stingray C8 tuned by Slystyle

German tuners have never paid much attention to American cars, which cannot be said for Slystyle. Its latest work is one of the powerful American sports cars, the Chevrolet Corvette Stingray C8, for which the tuner has prepared better aerodynamics and more horsepower.

Slystyle equipped the car with a new front splitter that creates an additional 50 kg of downforce, new front bumper wings, new sills, rear wing, rear diffuser that creates an additional 80 kg of downforce. As an option, Slystyle offers springs that lower the car by an additional 20mm. Inside, the original design has been retained.

When it comes to the powertrain, the Corvette Stingray C8 is powered by a 6.2-liter V8 engine with 495 hp (364 kW) and 470 lb-ft (637 Nm) of torque. Slystyle did not say how much extra horsepower and torque its car has, but thanks to the K&N high-flow air filter, customized intake and exhaust ports and a Grail exhaust system with four 114 mm tailpipes, we can expect more than what the base model offers, given that the ECU unit has not been remapped. Also, the tuner claims it reaches 124 mph (200 km/h) in 13.5 seconds, which is 0.5 seconds faster than the base model.

The car has a set of 20 and 21 inch rims wrapped in 255/30R20 (front) and 325/25R21 (rear) tires.

Porsche 912 Restomod

Between 1965 and 1969, Porsche produced one of its sports cars that was an entry-level variant of the 911, the Porsche 912. It was offered in compact 2+2 Coupé and Targa body styles with an air-cooled 4-cylinder engine taken from model 356.

The Hungarian company Kamm Manufaktur will present a restomod of the 912 called the Kamm 912c, which will be available at a price of €325,000. The car has kept its original shape and the steel parts are replaced by carbon fibers, which reduced the weight from the original 968 kilograms to 750 kilograms. It is equipped with an adjustable suspension that includes coilovers with custom tuning, reinforced chassis, Lexan windows, new shock absorbers, Brembo aluminum brakes and a set of new tires.

Inside, the design from the Porsche 912 has been retained with some changes such as carbon seats replacing the original ones and plenty of accessories made of lightweight materials.

The standard Porsche 912 is powered by an air-cooled 1.6-liter 4-cylinder petrol engine with 90 hp (67 kW) and 98 lb-ft (133 Nm) of torque. Power is transmitted to the rear wheels via a 5-speed manual transmission with a limited-slip differential. However, Kamm Manufaktur installed a new 2.0-liter flat-four engine, produced by JPS Aircooled, with 170 hp (127 kW).
