Is Porsche testing the new Panamera or is it just a new facelift?

Although Porsche introduced the Panamera almost two years ago, according to spy photos, the Stuttgart company is preparing a new facelift for this model.

So far, Porsche has not provided any information about this model. At first glance, it looks like a previously revised model with a new bumper, and slightly modified updated headlights. Inside, the dashboard is covered which indicates that some novelties can be expected.

When it comes to powertrain, the current model is offered with a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine with 473 hp (353 kilowatts) and 620 hp (462 kilowatts). There’s also a 2.9-liter twin-turbo V6 engine with 325 hp (242 kilowatts) and 443 hp (330 kilowatts). Whether the test Panamera will use the same powertrain remains to be seen. Some rumors say that this could be a new Panamera GT, but these are just rumors.

For now, it is not known when this model could have its official presentation, but we expect that some information could be released soon.
