Lamborghini has taken its V12 supercar philosophy to another level with the new Revuelto SV, an extreme-performance evolution of the company’s flagship plug-in hybrid supercar. With 1,065 CV, 1,425 Nm of system torque, a 0–100 km/h time of just 2.4 seconds and a top speed exceeding 345 km/h, the Lamborghini Revuelto SV is the most powerful and fastest production car ever built at the marque’s Sant’Agata Bolognese factory.

The new Lamborghini Revuelto SV also marks the latest chapter in one of the most recognizable performance badges in automotive history. SV, or Super Veloce, has been used by Lamborghini for 55 years, beginning with the legendary Miura SV.

This time, however, the formula has changed dramatically. The Revuelto SV combines Lamborghini’s naturally aspirated V12 with three electric motors, extensive carbon-fiber construction, racing-derived suspension and brakes, bespoke Bridgestone tires, and a heavily revised aerodynamic package.

Only 1,963 examples will be produced, a number chosen as a tribute to 1963, the year Automobili Lamborghini was founded.

Lamborghini Revuelto SV: More Than Just a More Powerful Revuelto

The standard Revuelto already represented a major turning point for Lamborghini. It was the company’s first V12 high-performance electrified vehicle, combining a 6.5-liter naturally aspirated V12 engine with three electric motors and a lithium-ion battery.

The Revuelto SV takes that architecture and pushes virtually every component further.

Total system output rises to 1,065 CV (783 kW), an increase of 50 CV over the regular Revuelto. Maximum system torque reaches 1,425 Nm, while the car’s power-to-weight ratio drops to an extraordinary 1.66 kg per CV.

The result is performance that moves the Revuelto SV into a different category.

The car accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.4 seconds and reaches 200 km/h in only 6.7 seconds. Top speed exceeds 345 km/h.

Those numbers make the Revuelto SV the most powerful and fastest production Lamborghini ever produced in Sant’Agata Bolognese.

But Lamborghini insists that the SV isn’t simply about adding horsepower. The objective was to transform the driving experience through a combination of power, aerodynamics, weight reduction, braking performance and vehicle dynamics.

A Naturally Aspirated V12 Still at the Center

Despite the hybrid technology surrounding it, the heart of the Lamborghini Revuelto SV remains a naturally aspirated 6.5-liter V12.

The combustion engine produces 825 CV at 9,250 rpm and continues to rev all the way to 9,500 rpm. That high-revving character remains one of the defining elements of Lamborghini’s V12 identity.

The engine works alongside three electric motors. Two axial-flux electric motors are positioned at the front, while a radial-flux motor is mounted above the eight-speed dual-clutch transmission located transversely behind the V12.

Power comes from a revised 7.3-kWh lithium-ion battery capable of delivering up to 190 kW.

Lamborghini Revuelto SV Aerodynamics: 80 Percent More Downforce

One of the most significant changes is the aerodynamic package.

The Lamborghini Revuelto SV generates 80 percent more total downforce than the standard Revuelto and 10 percent more than the previous Aventador SVJ. At the same time, aerodynamic efficiency has improved, with a 60 percent increase in downforce-to-drag efficiency compared with the Revuelto.

The front end features a revised splitter and underbody designed to improve airflow management.

An angled fin incorporated into the front bumper helps seal the wheel arches while directing air toward the side cooling systems. Lamborghini says the changes also improve brake cooling by 12 percent.

The aerodynamic balance has been shifted forward to provide a more stable and responsive front end during high-speed cornering.

At the rear, the fixed wing is one of the most obvious visual differences.

Its motorsport-inspired double-wing configuration increases downforce while contributing to cooling performance. The central section uses a relatively low angle of attack to maintain aerodynamic efficiency.

A Gurney flap further modifies airflow over the rear section, increasing rear downforce and improving airflow extraction from the radiator area.

The result is a car designed to generate meaningful aerodynamic grip without turning every high-speed straight into a battle against drag.

Carbon Fiber Is Everywhere

Weight reduction is another central part of the SV formula.

Lamborghini has increased its use of visible carbon fiber across the exterior and interior, with up to 25 exterior components available in exposed carbon fiber.

A new matte carbon-fiber door panel is fitted as standard and contributes to the car’s weight-saving strategy.

The lightweight philosophy continues inside. Carbon-fiber door panels, racing-inspired seats and additional carbon components give the cabin a distinctly motorsport character.

Customers can choose standard Sport Seats with carbon-shell construction or optional monocoque carbon-fiber Race Seats designed to provide additional lateral support while reducing weight.

The result is an interior that looks considerably closer to a competition car than the cabin of a conventional grand tourer.

A Lamborghini Interior Designed Around the Driver

The Revuelto SV follows Lamborghini’s “Feel Like a Pilot” philosophy.

The dashboard remains focused on the driver, while the steering wheel receives a control layout inspired by motorsport.

One of the most obvious changes is the new red Pilota Mode selector positioned on the right side of the steering wheel.

The familiar ANIMA rotary controller, which governs the car’s driving dynamics, also receives a red finish.

The cabin can be extensively personalized through Lamborghini’s Ad Personam program, including multiple leather combinations, contrasting colors and extensive use of carbon fiber.

Corsa-Tex by Dinamica is available in Nero Cosmus, while a new racing bucket seat combines Corsa-Tex and leather.

The Revuelto SV also receives unique graphics and animations within its digital interface. Opening the door triggers a dedicated SV animation, reinforcing the impression that this is something considerably more special than a standard Revuelto.

Pilota Mode Turns the Revuelto SV Into a Track Weapon

Lamborghini has introduced a new Pilota driving mode specifically for the Revuelto SV.

Activated through the dedicated steering-wheel control, Pilota mode introduces a five-stage traction-control system derived from Lamborghini’s GT3 racing experience.

The system is designed to account for changing track conditions and tire wear while maintaining a high degree of driver control.

This means the Revuelto SV can be adapted to different levels of grip rather than simply switching between conventional road and track settings.

Strada remains the most relaxed mode, giving the car a more civilized character for everyday driving.

Sport sharpens throttle response and vehicle dynamics.

Corsa is designed for the racetrack, reducing electronic intervention while maximizing performance.

Pilota goes a step further, giving experienced drivers greater freedom to exploit the car’s capabilities.

GT3-Inspired Suspension With Manually Adjustable Dampers

The suspension system has been comprehensively revised.

The Revuelto SV uses manually adjustable passive dampers derived from GT3 racing technology. Instead of relying exclusively on electronically controlled damping, Lamborghini has focused on delivering a more direct and predictable mechanical connection between the car and the driver.

The suspension kinematics have also been optimized to make better use of the dampers.

Lamborghini has developed recommended setups for different track conditions, including flat, bumpy and wet circuits.

The philosophy is simple: give the driver more information about what the tires and chassis are doing.

Lamborghini Revuelto SV Brakes Can Stop From 200 km/h in 110 Meters

For the Revuelto SV, Lamborghini introduces its latest CCM-R Plus carbon-ceramic braking system.

The front discs measure 420 x 40 mm, while the rear discs measure 410 x 32 mm.

Lamborghini claims the Revuelto SV can brake from 200 km/h to a standstill in just 110 meters.

Compared with the standard Revuelto, the SV achieves an 11 percent improvement in peak deceleration, a 23 percent increase in heat dissipation and a 12 percent reduction in brake-disc temperature.

The brakes are also designed to maintain consistent performance during repeated track sessions rather than simply delivering a strong single stop.

A New 6D Sensor Helps Control the Car

Behind the Revuelto SV’s braking and vehicle dynamics is an extensive electronic control architecture.

A new six-dimensional sensor is positioned close to the car’s center of gravity. It continuously measures acceleration along the lateral, longitudinal and vertical axes, while also monitoring pitch, roll and yaw.

This information feeds Lamborghini’s Integrated Vehicle Estimator, or IVE.

Using predictive algorithms and Kalman filtering, the system estimates parameters including vehicle speed, sideslip angle and the instantaneous friction coefficient between the tires and road.

That information is then used by systems such as the Integrated Brake Controller.

According to Lamborghini, the technology can reduce braking distances by up to 10 percent while improving stability during braking and cornering.

It is particularly useful in situations common on a racetrack, including braking while turning or crossing curbs.

Bridgestone Potenza Race R Tires Were Developed for the Revuelto SV

The tires are another crucial component of the Revuelto SV’s performance package.

Lamborghini’s technical partnership with Bridgestone has produced a bespoke range of tires specifically developed for the hybrid V12 supercar.

The most aggressive option is the new Bridgestone Potenza Race R semi-slick.
