McLaren 720S with Prior Design Aerodynamic Kit

Many car owners and enthusiasts will say that supercars shouldn’t be modified. Some manufacturers like Ferrari forbid customers from modifying their cars in inappropriate ways, but there are always those who strive to make the cars better. One of them is the German tuner Prior Design, which prepared the PD720R Aerodynamic Kit for the McLaren 720S.

The Aerodynamic Kit, made of fiberglass, brings a new lip spoiler with intakes, fender vents, a new more aggressive front cover, wider sills, a new rear diffuser, a huge rear wing that fits perfectly following the natural curves of the car. All this makes the car more impressive.

Of course, the interior of the McLaren 720S has not been changed. Get behind the wheel of the 720S and feel like the car was made for you. That’s because everything about this stunning interior is focused on the driver. From the touch of the materials. To the ergonomic design of the driver interfaces. There’s supreme quality and comfort in every detail. Controls are carefully angled and positioned for easy reach with minimal distraction. It’s an interior created around you. Allowing full commitment to an exhilarating drive.

McLaren 720S is powered by a 4.0L twin-turbocharged V8 engine with 710 hp (530 kW) and 568 lb-ft (770 Nm) of torque. The engine is positioned as low as possible between the front and rear axles – increasing the car’s handling prowess, and its luggage capacity. It reaches 62 mph in 2.8 seconds and 124 mph (200 km / h) in 7.8 seconds with a top speed of 212 mph (341 km / h). The engine is paired with a paddle-shifted seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.

McLaren 720S Limited Edition

Miami will host the fifth round of the 2022 Formula One World Championship. It will be the first race in this city to be held on May 8, 2022 at the Miami International Autodrome, Florida. On this occasion, McLaren has prepared a limited edition of the McLaren 720S.

McLaren will produce only five copies of this model and will be powered by a standard 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine with 720 hp (530 kW) and 568 lb-ft (770 Nm) of torque. Touch the pedal and you’ll feel the instant response from the engine at work. The new engine is also positioned as low as possible between the front and rear axles – increasing the car’s handling prowess, and its luggage capacity. It reaches 62 mph in 2.8 seconds and 124 mph (200 km / h) in 7.8 seconds with a top speed of 212 mph (341 km / h).

The cars will be used for promotional purposes, and the design brings Fluro Papaya yellow elements to the front and sides of the car, while the light blue color of the rear fenders and bonnet make a contrast. All five copies were made in the colors of Formula 1 racing cars driven by Lando Norris and Daniel Ricciardo.

McLaren 720S Daniel Ricciardo Edition

In honor of Daniel Ricciardo, McLaren has produced three copies of its supercar, the McLaren 720S Daniel Ricciardo Edition. As a reminder, Daniel Ricciardo is the current driver of McLaren’s Formula 1 team.

The car is painted in the traditional combination of orange and blue. The Papaya Spark orange dominates the body while the Burton blue is visible on the side mirrors and the rear of the car. On the door is the flag of Australia, as well as the number 3 below it, which Ricciardo has on his Formula 1 car.

Inside, the cabin is made in the same combination of the highest quality leather with iridium shine and standard equipped heated seats upholstered in Alcantara or Nappa leather.

The special model McLaren 720S Daniel Ricciardo Edition will be powered by a twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8 engine with 720 hp (530 kW) and 568 lb-ft (770 Nm) of torque. The engine is positioned as low as possible between the front and rear axles – increasing the vehicle’s handling and its luggage capacity. The 720S reaches 62 mph in just 2.9 seconds with a top speed of 212 mph (341 km / h).

All three cars are made for the Australian market at an unknown price.
