Mercedes-AMG E 63 S Final Edition

While we wait for the new generation of the E-Class, the German car manufacturer has introduced a high-performance car, the Mercedes-AMG E 63 S 4Matic + Final Edition. It is a last E-Class model with a V8 engine and a special version that will be offered as a sedan and station wagon.

The Mercedes-AMG E 63 S 4Matic + Final Edition is powered by a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine with 603 hp (443 kW) and 627 lb-ft (850 Nm) of torque. Power is transmitted to all wheels via a 9-speed automatic transmission. It reaches 62 mph in 3.4 seconds with a top speed of 186 mph (300 km / h). It is mounted on a set of 20-inch AMG rims.

The Final Edition is painted in Graphite Gray Magno color with special AMG markings and graphics on the front. It is equipped with the AMG Night Package equipment package that includes a glossy black front splitter finish, sill inserts, fender details, window line moldings, side mirror covers, rear diffuser and four exhaust pipes. Customers can choose between Carbon Package I and Carbon Package II equipment if they prefer more carbon (optional).

Inside, Nappa leather covers the seats and steering wheel with a flat bottom combined with Dynamica microfiber. There’s also plenty of carbon detail on the dashboard and center console, as well as AMG-labeled floor mats.

Mercedes will produce 999 copies of the Final Edition, and the price of each car is still unknown.

Mercedes-AMG GT R with 891 HP

German company BS Teile Center, which specializes in selling used parts for Mercedes cars, has equipped the Mercedes-AMG GT R with plenty of Pro model parts, but has also increased engine power to an incredible 891 hp.

Due to access to the many AMG components used, the car has got front bumper, fenders, rear fender sills, rear bumper and GT R Pro diffuser. The headlights and taillights were also changed, and the tuner added its name to the lines on both sides of the car. The gold brake calipers of the GT R model were removed and the black ones taken from the GT R Pro model were installed.

The base AMG GT R is powered by a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine with 577 hp (430 kW) and 516 lb-ft (700 Nm) of torque. BS Teile Center has installed new Weistec Engineering W.4 turbochargers, increasing power to 891 hp (655 kW). ARMA carbon suction, Wagner cooler and IPE downpipe with 200-cell sports catalysts are installed. The engine is paired with a painted 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox. It is mounted on a titanium gray 20-inch rim wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires.

Although it lacks an aerodynamic component the Mercedes-AMG GT R is impressive even for the Black Series. As a reminder, the Black Series is powered by a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine with 720 hp (530 kW) and 590 lb-ft (800 Nm) of torque. It reaches 62 mph in 3.1 seconds with an electronically limited top speed of 199 mph (320 km / h).

2023 Mercedes-AMG GT Coupe

The second generation Mercedes-AMG GT Coupe is currently in the testing phase. The new photos show a test model on the Nürburgring Nordschleife that was brought in a truck in order to hide the design of the new model as much as possible.

The car is covered with camouflage, so it is difficult to see the exact details. It is assumed that the design will be reminiscent of the SL Roadster, which Mercedes revived under AMG in late 2021, but with some revolutionary design details. Anyway, it is certain that each model will have its own audience that will enjoy the driving experience, claims Mercedes.

When it comes to the drivetrain, there is no accurate information. The entry GT 53 should be powered by a 4.0L biturbo V8 engine with 470 hp (350 kW) and 512 lb-ft (694 Nm) of torque, like the Mercedes-AMG SL, which is enough to accelerate to 62 mph in 3.9 seconds with a top speed of 183 mph (295 km / h). The more powerful version of the GT 63 should have 577 hp (430 kW) and 590 lb-ft (800 Nm) of torque, which is enough to reach 62 mph in 3.6 seconds with a top speed of 196 mph (315 km / h).

Recently, spy photos from the snowy roads of the north were published where the capabilities of the new Mercedes-AMG GT Coupe were tested.
