Nissan R32 EV Coming Soon

Nissan has announced that it is working on a unique R32 EV prototype, an electric version of one of its best cars, the R32 Skyline GT-R. It is based on the idea of one of Nissan’s engineers who joined Nissan precisely because of the GT-R model.

The standard Nissan R32 is powered by a 2.6L twin-turbo 6-cylinder engine with 316 hp (232 kW), but it was understated due to the Japanese car makers’ “gentlemen’s agreement” not to exceed 276 hp (203 kW). It was built to handle ~500 hp in racing trim, making it considered indestructible, which allowed tuners to add hundreds of horsepower. How popular the car actually is is shown by the fact that it was nicknamed “Godzilla”. It was also very successful which was transmitted to the road via a “very complicated” four-wheel drive. This car was extremely successful in motorsport and was nicknamed “Godzilla”.

“I want to make a more exciting car by giving my favorite model the latest electrification technology that I deal with,” said the unnamed engineer.

Whether the R32 EV project will simply be adding electrification to the Skyline’s internal combustion engine to create a hybrid despite the video showing the engine firing and running, as this could only mark the beginning of the prototype’s journey, is unknown.

Ultra-Rare Nissan GT-R50

If we talk about rare cars, the Nissan GT-R50 is definitely one of the rarest. Primarily because it is not talked about much, and it is also a limited edition as only 19 examples were produced. Recently, several photos have appeared that remind all those who do not know, what this car looks like.

First of all, the price. The Nissan GT-R50 costs $1.1 million. The bodywork has been completely changed, thanks to the designers and engineers of Italdesign. It is finished in a combination of red and gold color reminiscent of Marvel’s super hero (Iron Man), which makes this unique car more desirable.

Outstanding design is something that adorns this car at first glance. A lot of carbon parts such as the front splitter, rear wing and side skirts increase the aerodynamics of the car, making it better. It is mounted on and five-spoke 21″ wheels wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport S tires.

Under the hood is the impressive engine from the GT-R Nismo model, with power increased to a whopping 710 hp (522 kW) and 575 lb-ft (780 Nm) of torque. Power goes to all wheels via a 6-speed automatic transmission.

The new Nissan Z GT4 has arrived on the market. The racing car was created in cooperation between two Japanese companies, Nissan Motor Co. Ltd. and NMC, and is based on the Nissan Z model.

The Nissan Z is powered by a VR30DDTT 3.0L twin-turbo V6 engine with 400 hp (294 kW) and 350 lb-ft (475 Nm) of torque, and the same engine is expected to power the new race car. Although there is not enough information so far, it is known that Nissan tuned the engine, optimized the chassis and suspension and improved the aerodynamics according to the regulations of the GT4 category. Nissan says the Z GT4 race car is “affordable to enthusiasts and top professionals”.

“Motorsports for Nissan is an expression of our passion and unrivaled expertise. The Nissan Z continues to maintain its position as an exciting sports car that fascinates drivers with its driving dynamics and flexible powertrain.
