The Supercar Junkyards of Dubai

The Middle East is home to rich people, whose wealth is often beyond estimate. Many of them are car enthusiasts and owners of many very rare supercars that, after an accident, end up in a junkyard. One of the many junkyards in Dubai, there is a Lotus Eletre.

A video of one of the most valuable junkyards in the world was published on the YouTube channel Hagerty. The guys from this channel explored junkyards near Dubai and spotted a Lotus Eletre model that at first glance looks new without any damage. It is believed that it could have been damaged in one of the floods that occasionally occur in Dubai, which is understandable since it is an all-electric car.

The video shows Bentleys cut in half, Ferraris stacked on Aston Martins, and a lot of disassembled parts of other expensive cars. All the parts are arranged in certain sectors to make them easier to find, because this is no ordinary junkyard.

The entire space is divided into sections, so there is a section for American muscle cars such as Ford, Chevrolet and Dodge, then a section for super sports models Ferrari, Porsche and Aston Martin.

The video is so interesting that it’s hard to put it into a few sentences, so watch it for yourself.

Pagani Huayra R – New Super Fast Car

The Pagani Huayra R is one of the new super fast cars. This Italian supercar was developed in partnership with HWA AG and has 850 hp.

Since the beginning of the year, when it was introduced, the Pagani Huayra R has been tested for the first time on the track at Monza Circuit, where it has shown all its abilities. This timeless car is inspired by race cars of the 60s and 70s, said Horacio Pagani.

The best composite materials such as Carbo-Titanium HP62-G2 and Carbo-Triax HP62 were used in the construction of the car. The front and rear steel frames increase the rigidity of the car, which significantly affects the driver’s safety. Thanks to the lightweight materials, the car weighs only 2314 lb (1,050 kg). It uses 19 inch forged monolithic aluminum alloy with Pirelli P Zero tires.

The Pagani Huayra R is powered by a 6.0-liter V12 engine with 850 hp (625 kW) at 8250 rpm and 553 lb-ft (750 Nm) of torque (at 5500 to 8300 rpm). Power is transmitted to the rear wheels via a six-speed non-synchronized sequential transmission. Huayra R reaches 60 mph in 3 seconds with a top speed of 240 mph (386 km / h).

The Huayra R has a new exhaust system made of ceramic-coated Inconel alloy, which makes the car sound like a Formula 1. The car comes with mufflers that reduce noise at within the FIA limit of 110 decibels.

Pagani will produce only 30 copies of this supercar at a price of $ 3.1 million (€ 2.6 million).
