Nissan Juke 700-R

In collaboration with SVM, Nissan has produced a limited edition Nissan Juke 700-R. It is one of only 5 produced copies.

All five cars were developed by Severn Valley Motorsport (SVM) under the supervision of Nissan experts. Unfortunately, two cars were destroyed in traffic accidents. Besides the sales model, two are owned by Nissan.

Maybe someone will think it’s a 2015 Nissan Juke-R 2.0, but it’s not. The Nissan Juke 700-R is powered by a 3.8-liter petrol VR38-DETT V6 engine with 700 hp. That’s 100 hp more than the 2015 Juke-R which has 600 hp. The engine is paired with a six-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.

The car is equipped with a wide carbon body kit, carbon wheel arch extensions, carbon front and rear bumper, Juke R rear air diffuser and top twin spoilers. Inside the car there are sports seat belts, special mats and a fire extinguisher. It rides on 20-inch wheels with Bridgestone Flat 225/40/20 (front) and 285/35/20 (rear) tires.

For safe stopping and braking there are SVM 400mm front brakes with R35 Brembo brake calipers.

The Nissan Juke 700-R has the number # 005 and was last manufactured. The price of this model is € 237,941 ($ 278,000).

The Dacia Sandero is the best-selling vehicle in Europe

Increasing pressure through marketing campaigns on diesel cars leads to a loss of their popularity with drivers. The result is a higher number of electric cars sold compared to diesel, in 2021. The best-selling vehicle in the first eight months in Europe is the Dacia Sandero.

According to JATO Europe, 56% of the total number of vehicles sold are petrol, 21% (151,737) are electric (EV and PHEV) vehicles, while 20% are diesel vehicles. This is not the best month of electrified vehicle sales, but it was still enough to achieve a significant jump in market share.

In the first eight months of this year, 8,095,419 cars were sold in Europe, which is a million more than last year. When it comes to electric vehicles, 1.32 million electrified vehicles have been sold by September this year. That is more than 158,300 vehicles sold, compared to the same period last year.

Speaking of the best-selling electric cars this year, the top three positions are held by VW ID.3, Tesla Model 3 and VW ID.4. When it comes to plug-in hybrids, the Ford Kuga retained first place in August, followed by the Mercedes-Benz GLC and the BMW 3 Series.

The surprise, for some, is that the Dacia Sandero is the best-selling car in Europe for the second month in a row. The second is the VW Golf, while the top five best-selling cars in Europe close with the Toyota Yaris, Dacia Duster and VW T-Roc.

McLaren 720S Daniel Ricciardo Edition

In honor of Daniel Ricciardo, McLaren has produced three copies of its supercar, the McLaren 720S Daniel Ricciardo Edition. As a reminder, Daniel Ricciardo is the current driver of McLaren’s Formula 1 team.

The car is painted in the traditional combination of orange and blue. The Papaya Spark orange dominates the body while the Burton blue is visible on the side mirrors and the rear of the car. On the door is the flag of Australia, as well as the number 3 below it, which Ricciardo has on his Formula 1 car.

Inside, the cabin is made in the same combination of the highest quality leather with iridium shine and standard equipped heated seats upholstered in Alcantara or Nappa leather.

The special model McLaren 720S Daniel Ricciardo Edition will be powered by a twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8 engine with 720 hp (530 kW) and 568 lb-ft (770 Nm) of torque. The engine is positioned as low as possible between the front and rear axles – increasing the vehicle’s handling and its luggage capacity. The 720S reaches 62 mph in just 2.9 seconds with a top speed of 212 mph (341 km / h).

All three cars are made for the Australian market at an unknown price.
