1982 Ferrari 308 GTSi for sale

At the 1975 Paris Motor Show Ferrari unveiled the successor to the two-seater Dino 246 GT, the Ferrari 308 GTS. Five years later, the Ferrari 308 GTSi arrived on the market, powered by a V8 engine with Bosch K-Jetronic fuel injection, which reduced emissions. It was produced until 1982, and 1,749 units left the production line. One of them, a 1982 Ferrari 308 GTSi, is up for auction.

Ferrari 308 GTSi is powered by a mid-mounted 2.9L quad-cam V8 engine with 205 hp (151 kW) and 181 lb-ft (245 Nm) of torque. Power is transmitted to the rear wheels via a five-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. It is mounted on metric 390mm Cromodora alloy wheels wrapped in 220/55 Michelin TRX tires.

This car is finished in red, has been properly maintained and is in good condition. It is equipped with a removable black roof panel, pop-up headlights, dual side mirrors, louvered rear quarter windows, a vented decklid, quad exhaust outlets, fully independent suspension with double wishbones front and rear and ventilated discs at each corner.

Inside, bolstered seats are trimmed in beige leather that also covers the door panels. In front of the driver is a Nardi leather-wrapped steering wheel and an analog clock showing 10,019 miles. Additional equipment includes air conditioning, electric windows, an Alpine AM/FM/cassette stereo, and a gated shifter with a dogleg gear pattern.

The car has a clean Carfax report that shows no accidents or other damage. It comes with manufacturer’s literature and a clean New Jersey title in the owner’s name.

The auction ends on February 18th and the current highest bid is $30,800 USD.
