After recently announcing that it produced 4/5 of the total of 500 planned examples of the Bugatti Chiron, Bugatti announced that last year was a record year when it comes to car production. The company managed to produce and deliver 80 cars.
Among the produced hypercars with a W16 engine last year was the 400th Chiron, as well as the last ten copies of the Chiron Super Sport 300+. All ten examples of the Bugatti Centodieci were also produced and delivered, as were all examples of the Chiron and Chiron Sport models for European customers. Many of these cars are modified according to the wishes of the customers.
When it comes to this year, from Molsheim Atelier comes a new, perhaps the most controversial edition of the Chiron, the Chiron Profilée. This unique car will be offered at auction on February 1, 2023 in Paris. Also, the production and delivery of the remaining 100 Chirons will continue, and the configuration of the Mistral and Bolide models is also expected to begin.
Chiron Profilée will be powered by an 8.0-liter quad-turbo W16 engine with 1,480 hp (1,103 kW) and 1,180 lb-ft (1,600 Nm) of torque. It reaches 62 mph in 2.3 seconds with a top speed of 380 km/h, which is 30 km/h more than the Chiron Pur Sport (350 km/h).
This will be an extraordinary opportunity for all car enthusiasts and especially collectors to own such a unique car.
