Porsche Taycan aero kit developed by RevoZport

As one of the best luxury electric cars, the Porsche Taycan has a new RevoZport aero kit.

RevoZport wanted to attract more attention by switching from the Mercedes-AMG model to electric cars like the Tesla Model 3. Now this tuner has unveiled its version of the Taycan inspired by the Porsche 911 GT3 RS. The Taycan is equipped with forged rims with or without aerodynamics, and the interior has remained the same.

This is not the first time that RevoZport is working on big brand models. So far, they have cooperated with many car companies, and some of them are Ferrari and Tesla.

The Aero kit is offered in two variants, the Taycan GT-Z and the Taycan Revoluzione. Both sets have their own special features, so users can choose which style they want. The Taycan GT-Z is tasked with transmitting Porsche’s legacy. This primarily refers to the 911 GT3 RS model, and not just any GT3 RS, but the 992 generation one. The price of this aero kit is $ 15,000.

The second variant, the Taycan Revoluzione, turns the Taycan into a sports sedan with an even distribution of thrust. It comes with a swan neck-shaped rear spoiler and a 918 Spyder-inspired rear diffuser. The price of this aero package is $ 12,000.

The first fully electric Aston Martin is coming in 2026

Like other car manufacturers, Aston Martin has decided to start producing EVs. In 2026, the first fully electric Aston Martin should arrive on the market.

According to Aston Martin CEO Tobias Moers, the company is currently working on improving existing sports models. After the investment pays off, which will take years, the company will switch to electric models. The honor of becoming the first fully electric Aston Martin should go to the successor to the DB11 model.

The company expects that by 2030, half of the Aston Martin models will be electrified. Tobias Moers said that as long as there is interest in cars with internal combustion engines, the company will not give up the offer. Therefore, models with hybrid motors will also be offered, for markets with a reduced number of charging power stations.

For next year, Aston Martin planned to introduce the DBX hybrid model. It will use a turbocharged 3.0-liter six-cylinder engine, and will have all-wheel drive. The engine will be paired with a nine-speed automatic transmission. For 2023, plug-in hybrids with a Mercedes-AMG V8 engine will also be offered.

Like Bugatti and Bentley, Aston Martin intends to enter the world of electric vehicle manufacturers.

General Motors Design Futuristic Steering Wheel

General Motors Design has unveiled a special futuristic steering wheel design, reminiscent of a gaming console.

The news was published in a post on Instagram, which shows in which direction the development of the steering wheel is going. The steering wheel is upholstered in leather with buttons for autonomous driving system, while the impact of the driver will be minimal. It is not explained how the steering wheel would work, but some things are obvious.

There is a touch screen on the steering wheel and it can be used to control the car, just like with game consoles. On the left are the haptic controls for gear selection and braking, while on the right is the setting control button. At the bottom are the menu and home buttons.

Although it could be assumed that it is an electric car, the steering wheel still shows readings for temperature and oil, but not for the condition of the tank. Also, it is visible that the screen shows a speed of 108 mph, which indicates that there will be no electronic limit in the future.

It is hard to expect that the use of this steering wheel could come to life any time soon. First of all, there is no room for an airbag that is legally required.
