Lamborghini Urus upgraded by Mansory and MTM

This is not the first time that German tuning companies Mansory and MTM have joined forces on a joint project. As a basis for their latest creation, they used the Lamborghini Urus, which is responsible for the better financial situation of the famous Italian company.

The Mansory equipment kit brings a slightly smaller diffuser with a centrally placed triple exhaust system and larger air intakes. What sets Urus apart from similar creations is the 4-liter biturbo V8 engine with 1,001 hp (736 kW) and 922 lb-ft (1,250 Nm) of torque. Interestingly, the Bugatti Veyron has the same number of horsepower. Power is transmitted to all wheels via a modified 8-speed automatic transmission.

As a reminder, the standard Urus develops 650 hp (478 kW) and 627 lb-ft (850 Nm) of torque, and reaches 62 mph in 3.6 seconds with a top speed of 190 mph (305 km / h).

There is no performance data for the upgraded Urus, but there is no doubt that it will be much better than the performance of the basic Lamborghini Urus.

2012 Audi R8 GT with 1,500 hp

What to do with the car after it was destroyed in a car accident? Most of us would throw it on a scrapyard. That’s not what the guys at LeeC Parts and Scrap Life Garage think. They turned the 2012 Audi R8 GT, which was destroyed in a car accident, into a 1,500 hp beast.

The fate of this car is very interesting. After it was sold to a second owner, who only had it for six days, the car was destroyed. The front part was completely destroyed, as well as the driver’s door and the panel on the right. The Audi was kept in that condition until it was sold to a third owner from LeeC Parts and Scrap Life Garage. He thought the car was worth saving and did something very special with his team.

The 2012 Audi R8 GT is powered by a 5.2-liter V10 engine with 560 hp (412 kW) and 398 lb-ft (540 Nm) of torque. It reaches 62 mph in 3.6 seconds with a top speed of 199 mph (320 kph). It has a 6-speed auto-clutch manual gearbox and AWD.

The engine upgrade was done by the company Underground Racing, which, by installing a turbocharger, increased the power of the engine to an incredible 1,500 hp. Interestingly, the car uses headlights from the Ford Mustang. And yes, it is road-legal.

Manhart RQ 800

A few months ago, Manhart introduced the Manhart RQ 900 based on the Audi RS Q8. Now, Manhart engineers have gone further, as they have created the Manhart RQ 800 for a growing audience that prefers “super sports cars in the body of an SUV”.

Manhart has equipped the RQ 800 with a new intercooler, carbon intake, stainless steel exhaust system, four 100 mm ceramic-coated or carbon fiber exhaust pipes. There are also sports downpipes with 200-cell catalytic converters, as well as a remapped ECU.

The car is mounted on 24-inch gold-decorated rims wrapped in 295/30 ZR24 (front) and 355/25 ZR24 (rear) tires. Manhart air suspension allows the vehicle to lower by 30-40 mm.

The RQ 800 is powered by a standard 4-liter twin-turbo V8 engine with 818 hp (602 kW) and 774 lb-ft (1,050 Nm) of torque. Power is transmitted to all wheels via a recalibrated eight-speed automatic transmission. As a reminder, the Audi RS Q8 has 600 hp (441 kW) and 590 lb-ft (800 Nm). Reaches 62 mph in less than four seconds with a top speed of 190 mph (305 kph).
