Restomod Audi Ur-Quattro by ABT Sportsline

In the 1980s, Audi produced the Ur-Quattro racing car, which was the first rally car to take advantage of the new rules that allowed the use of four-wheel drive in competition racing. Now, German company ABT Sportsline has decided to pay tribute to the car, with a restomod that will be produced in just 30 units.

The car was unveiled at the “Friends of ABT” event, and company CEO Hans-Jürgen Abt said that this car has a special place in his life. After taking over the position of the company’s first man from his father, Hans-Jürgen was given this car and he decided to leave his mark on it. He decided to redesign the car, which included changing the front end, and installing wide fenders, new bumpers, a hood with air vents and a large rear wing all made of Kevlar and carbon. Also, the headlights from the Sport model and magnesium wheels were added.

To make each car special, ABT decided to equip each one with a unique chassis, and owners will be able to register them in Germany with special H license plates. Buyers will also be able to personalize the car’s interior with the ABT Individual program.

Under the bonnet is a 2.5-liter 5-cylinder turbocharged engine with 532 hp. That’s far more power than the original model, which only had 200 hp, or the Sport Quattro model with 306 hp.

There is a lot of interest in this car, and the company announced that they sold 25 units in the three hours after the presentation. The price is not known.

2026 Audi A6 Avant e-hybrid quattro and A6 Sedan e-hybrid quattro

Audi has expanded its fleet with two new versions of the A6 model that combine efficiency and performance, the A6 Avant e-hybrid quattro and the A6 Sedan e-hybrid quattro. Both versions come with a longer wheelbase and wider track.

These A6 hybrids firmly position Audi in the premium hybrid market by combining efficiency, power and luxury. Apart from minor design changes, the rest of the car is identical to the standard A6, with the addition of an improved three-zone air conditioning system and acoustics that are now 30 percent better. The biggest changes are under the bonnet.

The sedan e-hybrid quattro is powered by a 2.0-L TFSI engine combined with an electric motor for a total output of 299 hp and 450 Nm of torque, which is enough to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 6 seconds. In the case of the Avant e-hybrid quattro, the same hybrid combination is used with slightly more power, 367 hp and 500 Nm of torque, but also faster acceleration to 100 km/h (5.3 seconds).

Audi has improved the recuperation system that allows you to adjust the energy recovery via paddles on the steering wheel. Drivers can also count on two driving modes, EV for fully electric drive and Hybrid for optimized efficiency, which allows automatic adjustment depending on driving conditions. All modes include a four-wheel steering system, which improves agility and stability.

When it comes to price, the Sedan starts at 65,800 euros, while the Avant is slightly more expensive and costs 68,300 euros. The more powerful versions, with 367 hp, are more expensive and cost 75,050 and 77,550 euros.

Audi RS Q8 with 1,000 HP

The RS Q8 is the largest SUV in Audi’s fleet and is now the basis for a new Mansory project. The German tuning company has made it better and more powerful.

This car is a true beast in the world of SUVs, and it showed it on one of the most famous tracks, the Nürburgring Nordschleife, where it set the fastest lap time in the production SUV category. Last year, a refreshed version was presented, powered by a 4.0-L V8 biturbo engine with 640 hp and 850 Nm of torque, which is enough to push the car from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.6 seconds with a top speed of 306 km/h.

The Mansory version has a black body and a yellow leather-covered interior. The leather can also be seen on the body details, rims and huge brake calipers. At Mansory, the most attention was paid to increasing power. Under the bonnet is still a 4.0-L V8 biturbo engine, but with 1,000 hp and 1,250 Nm of torque. While Mansory hasn’t revealed performance data, what we do know is that the car gets a modified ECU, new turbochargers, new water-cooled intercoolers, more open air filters, new tailpipes and a new exhaust system.
