MANSORY Porsche 911 (992) Turbo S Softkit

The Porsche 911 Turbo S is one of the most powerful cars of the Stuttgart-based company, for which the German tuner Mansory prepared a special soft kit that makes this car less aggressive but still aerodynamic and even more powerful.

Under the hood is a 3.8-liter twin-turbo straight-six engine with 900 hp (662 kW) and 774 lb-ft (1,050 Nm) of torque. That’s very impressive compared to the standard model that has 650 hp (478 kW) and 590 lb-ft (800 Nm) of torque. It reaches 62 mph (100 km/h) in 2.5 seconds with a top speed of 340 km/h (211 mph). The increase in power was achieved thanks to the installation of larger turbochargers and a high-performance exhaust system, as well as the mapping of the ECU unit. This is not the only work of the German tuner, based on this model, as we recently saw the P9LM EVO 900 with similar performance.

Although Mansory has not released many details about this soft kit, it is known that there will still be a lot of carbon fiber components such as the hood, rear wing, side mirrors and front splitter, while the tuner has opted for a more subtle rear diffuser this time. However, there will be no large air intakes, fender vents and large roof ducts like those on the PL9M Evo 900. There is also a new set of black rims, which are more subtle than the previous options.

A similar equipment kit was prepared by Mansory for the Aston Martin DBX.

As a reminder, the standard Defender is powered by the same engine but with 525 hp (386 kW) and 461 lb-ft (625 Nm) of torque, and reaches 62 mph in 5.4 seconds (0.7 second slower than the Black Edition).
