2006 Dodge Viper ASC McLaren Diamondback sold for $166,777 USD

At the 2006 North American International Auto Show Dodge unveiled a unique car, the Dodge Viper ASC McLaren Diamondback. It started as a standard model, but thanks to the company ASC (American Specialty Cars) it became much more than that. Now, it has a new owner who paid just $166,777 USD for this one-of-a-kind beast on wheels.

Viper ASC McLaren Diamondback is powered by a modified naturally-aspirated 8.0-liter V10 with 615 hp (452 kW) and individual trumpeted air intakes and port throttles that are reminiscent of McLaren’s past Can-Am engines. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a 6-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. It sits on 19-inch alloy wheels wrapped in 279/35 (front) and 345/30 (rear) Michelin Pilot Sport tires.

The car is finished in Arctic Ice Pearl, has been well maintained and is in excellent condition. 2020 McLaren Speedtail with 175 miles is for sale

In 2018, as part of the Ultimate Series, McLaren revealed a limited edition hybrid sports car, the McLaren Speedtail. The plan was to build 106 examples of this model, all of which were pre-sold for around £2.1 million. One of them (#72), the 2020 McLaren Speedtail, is up for sale.

The McLaren Speedtail is powered by a 4.0 L M840T twin-turbocharged V8 engine and an electric motor with a total output of 1,036 hp (773 kW) and 848 lb⋅ft (1,150 N⋅m) of torque. Power is transmitted to the rear wheels via the Graziano 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission that can be controlled via paddle shifters. McLaren P1 Limited Edition

The McLaren P1 is one of the most exciting road-legal sports cars of the past decade, and interestingly, McLaren has never offered it in a Roadster version. This is exactly the intention of Lanzante, which has decided to produce a limited edition (only five) McLaren P1 models without a roof.

Lanzante will not change the hybrid drive of the McLaren P1, so it is still powered by a 3.8-liter twin-turbo V8 engine combined with an electric motor, with a total power of 903 hp (664 kW) and 664 lb-ft (900 Nm) of torque. moment. It is equipped with a lithium-ion battery and takes two hours to fully charge. Reaches 62 mph in 2.8 seconds with a top speed of 217 mph (347 km / h).

McLaren has produced a total of 375 copies of the P1 model, but only five future owners will enjoy the Roadster version. The designer of the original coupe, Paul Howse, will also participate in the design of this model.
