Xiaomi YU7 interior photos

After the success of its first car, the SU7, in December 2024 Xiaomi announced the launch of its second all-electric car, the YU7. The car will hit the market in the summer of 2025, and before the official presentation, we know what the interior will look like.

Spy photos show a cabin made of premium materials, leather in purple and brown. The driver’s seat has an electronic footrest, which increases comfort on long trips. There is also a Panoramic Head-Up Display (PHUD) instead of a traditional dashboard, a center console with an infotainment screen, slightly smaller than the one in the SU7, with Xiaomi’s HyperOS operating system that offers easy integration with other Xiaomi devices.

In front of the driver is an elegant and functional steering wheel, covered in Alcantara and carbon fiber, which has physical buttons for easy access to key functions. There is also a red “Boost Mode” button for rapid power delivery, i.e. even better performance, and there is a button to activate advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS). Additional equipment includes wireless chargers, electronic door handles, a discreet LiDAR sensor mounted on the roof that clearly signals that the YU7 will offer advanced autonomous driving capabilities.

The YU7 will be 4,999 mm long, 1,996 mm wide and 1,600 mm high, with a wheelbase of 3,000 mm and a weight of 2,405 kg. It is not known which battery it will use, but information suggests that it could be one of the batteries from CATL.

2026 Audi A6 Avant TFSI

On March 4, Audi will launch the new generation of the A6. The car will be presented in two body styles, first as a station wagon (Avant), and then a sedan version will be launched.

YouTube channel KondorCars has released a short video showing the Audi A6 Avant in the S-Line version with aggressive bumpers, larger wheels and darkened logos. At first glance, the new A6 has a design similar to the A5, but with a higher radiator grille and headlights similar to those used on the RS6 and A7 Sportback. There is also an LED line that runs the width of the rear.

What we know for now is that the new A6 will be based on the PPC (Premium Platform Combustion) platform, an improved version of the MLB Evo platform currently in use. When it comes to powertrains, it will be offered as a gasoline and diesel with mild hybrid technology.

In March 2024, Audi announced a new naming scheme to separate the electric models (A4 and A6) from the ICE models (A5 and A7), but that is not going to happen. They now have a new goal, to become a luxury brand and join brands like Mercedes-Benz. Whether they will be able to achieve this remains to be seen.

Bentley is developing a new crossover that will debut in 2026

Bentley will unveil its new electric crossover in 2026, measuring under five meters in length, making it suitable for maneuvering in European cities. The name is currently unknown, but some information suggests that the decision will be between Mayon and Barnato, registered in the EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office).

The car will be positioned below the Bentayga model but with a slightly more dynamic character, and will not have a gasoline version.

When it comes to the name of the future model, Barnato is the surname of one of the legendary “Bentley Boys” from the 1920s. Woolfa Barnato is a three-time winner of the 24 Hours of Le Mans and an investor who saved Bentley in difficult times. Therefore, many believe that his name is one of the possible ones with which Bentley would pay tribute to this gentleman.

Another choice could be the name Mayon. Mayon is the name of a volcano in the Philippines. This could be the brand’s first choice because it fits perfectly with their concept. The Bentley Bentayga is named after Roque Bentayga, a rock in the Canary Islands, so the name of the active volcano could be a reference to the explosiveness of the new electric crossover.
